OBJECTIVE: Improve the dissemination of information to people experiencing social exclusion about the social services provided in Švenčionys. In order to achieve this objective, the following are foreseen: expand the dissemination of information about the social services provided in Švenčionys. The following actions are foreseen for the implementation of this objective: 1. Training organisation (for volunteers) corresponds to 10.5 activities. 2. Dissemination and mediation of social and other necessary services available in different organisations for the socially excluded population. 10.1.2 Activities under the SCFP aim to deliver: Socially excluded (Description 22.1.1. 22.1.5. 22.1.6 22.1.7 22.1.9. 22.1.10. 22.1.13. 22.1.14. 22.1.17.) Information to residents of Švenčionys city. Residents will receive information about the social services provided by the institution. Every resident will have the opportunity to get to know, choose and use appropriate social services in order to make it easier for themselves and/or their family members to live in the community, to be fully and fully able to take care of themselves and/or their family members and home, and to be able to perform the functions required in their personal and social life. Volunteers participating in the project will be directly involved in project activities. Volunteers will be in close contact with people experiencing social exclusion in Švenčionys. The participation of volunteers will expand and improve the dissemination of social services in Švenčionys to people experiencing social exclusion, as they will participate in trainings in which they will be paid to communicate with individuals in order to receive and understand the information provided to them. People experiencing social exclusion will be provided with information on social services and will learn about the possible assistance to themselves and their families. TIKSLAS. Pagerinti informacijos sklaidą asmenims, patiriantiems socialinę atskirtį, apie teikiamas socialines paslaugas Švenčionių mieste. Šio tikslo įgyvendinimui numatomas UŽDAVINYS: išplėsti informacijos sklaidą apie teikiamas socialines paslaugas Švenčionių mieste. Šio uždavinio įgyvendinimui numatomos VEIKLOS: 1. mokymų organizavimas (savanoriams) atitinka 10.5 veiklą. 2. informacijos sklaida apie įvairiose organizacijose prieinamas teikiamas socialines ir kitas reikalingas paslaugas socialinę atskirtį patiriantiems gyventojams ir tarpininkavimas šias paslaugas gaunant. 10.1.2 veikla pagal PFSA Siekiami rezultatai: Socialinę atskirtį patiriančių (Aprašo 22.1.1. 22.1.5. 22.1.6 22.1.7 22.1.9. 22.1.10. 22.1.13. 22.1.14. 22.1.17. papunkčiai) Švenčionių miesto gyventojų informavimas. Gyventojai gaus informaciją apie įstaigoje teikiamas socialines paslaugas. Kiekvienas gyventojas turės galimybę susipažinti, pasirinkti ir pasinaudoti sau tinkamomis socialinėmis paslaugomis, tam kad pačiam ir (arba) jo šeimos nariams būtų lengviau gyventi bendruomenėje, visavertiškai ir visapusiškai gebėti pasirūpinti savimi ir (arba) savo šeimos nariais bei buitimi, gebėti atlikti asmeniniame ir visuomeniniame gyvenime reikalingas funkcijas. Projekte dalyvaujantys savanoriai tiesiogiai dalyvaus projekto veiklų vykdyme. Savanoriai glaudžiai bendraus su asmenimis, patiriantiems socialinę atskirtį Švenčionių mieste. Savanorių dalyvavimas išplės bei pagerins socialinių paslaugų sklaidą Švenčionių mieste asmenims, patiriantiems socialinę atskirtį, kadangi jie dalyvaus mokysmuose, kuriuose bus mokama kaip bendrauti su asmenimis, tam, kad jie priimtų bei įsisamonintų jiems pateikiamą informaciją. Asmenims, patiriantiems socialinę atskirtį bus teikiama informacija apie socialines paslaugas, sužinos apie galimą pagalbą patiems bei jų šeimoms. Partneriai: Švenčionių rajono neįgaliųjų draugija Poveikis: įgyvendinus projektą sumažės socialinė atskirtis, taps aktyvesni bendruomenės nariai. (Lithuanian)
