Projekto tikslas - suteikti integralią pagalbą (socialinę globą ir slaugą) namuose neįgaliems darbingo amžiaus ir senyvo amžiaus asmenims bei konsultacinę pagalbą jų šeimos nariams. Projektą "Integralios pagalbos teikimas Molėtų rajone" įgyvendins Molėtų socialinės paramos centras. Projekto vykdytojas suburs dvi mobilias darbuotojų komandas, aprūpins jas darbui reikalingais automobiliais, įranga, sanitarinėmis ir higienos prekėmis. Projekto vykdytojas integralią pagalbą teiks Molėtų miesto ir rajono neįgaliems darbingo amžiaus ir senyvo amžiaus gyventojams. Projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpiu integrali pagalba bus suteikta 52 asmenims. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad integralios pagalbos gavėjų artimieji (šeimos nariai) geriau suvoktų bei užtikrintų neįgalių ir senyvo amžiaus asmenų poreikius, slaugytojas ir socialinis darbuotojas organizuos individualias konsultacijas. Individualiai numatoma konsultuoti 14 asmenų. Kokybišką integralios pagalbos teikimą ir konsultavimą užtikrina aukšta darbuotojų kompetencija. Mobilių komandų darbuotojai ir savanoriai dalyvaus mokymuose apie efektyvų bendravimą ir bendradarbiavimą komandoje, susipažins su slaugos namuose ypatumais, slaugomų pacientų higiena, priemonių panaudojimą, susipažins su darbų sauga teikiant slaugos ir globos paslaugas namuose (16 asmenų). Siekiant skatinti neformalią pagalbą, teikiamą bendruomenės narių, savanorių, bus organizuotas specialus renginys 25 asmenims. Projektui viešinti numatomi straipsniai, lankstinukai, plakatai ir kt. The aim of the project is to provide integral assistance (social care and care) at home for disabled people of working age and elderly and advisory assistance to their family members. The project “Providing Integrated Assistance in Molėtai District” will be implemented by the Molėtai Social Support Centre. The project promoter will bring together two mobile teams of employees, provide them with the necessary vehicles, equipment, sanitary and hygiene goods. The project promoter will provide integrated assistance to the disabled working-age and elderly residents of Molėtai city and district. During the project’s implementation, 52 people will be provided with integral support. The carer and the social worker will organise individual counselling to ensure that the relatives (family members) of Integral aid are better aware of and ensure the needs of disabled and elderly people. An individual consultation of 14 persons is foreseen. High-quality Integral Assistance and Consulting are ensured by a high level of staff expertise. Mobile team workers and volunteers will participate in training on effective communication and cooperation in the team, familiarise themselves with the features of nursing homes, hygiene of nursing patients, use of tools, familiarise themselves with the safety of work in the provision of care and care services at home (16 persons). A special event for 25 people will be organised to promote informal support provided by community members and volunteers. Articles, leaflets, posters, etc. are planned to promote the project.
