UAB „Namita“ rengia investicinį projektą, kuriuo siekia išplėsti veiklą ir sukurti modernią infrastruktūrą, skirtą inovatyvioms sanatorinio gydymo, medicininės reabilitacijos ir sveikatingumo paslaugoms teikti. Pagrindiniai UAB „Namita“ įgyvendinamo projekto tikslai – sukurti modernų Europos Sąjungos standartus atitinkantį sanatorijos kompleksą, kuriame bus teikiamos sveikatingumo, sanatorinio gydymo ir medicininės reabilitacijos paslaugos bei pagerinti sveikatą ir gyvenimo kokybę sanatorijos klientams. Projektas įgyvendinamas kurortinėje teritorijoje, vienoje unikaliausių Lietuvos vietų, garsėjančioje savo kraštovaizdžiu ir gamtiniais ištekliais – Birštone, Nemuno kilpų regioniniame parke. Projekto metu bus pastatytas 3 aukštų su rūsiu ir mansarda pastatas, kuriame bus įrengta 119 dviviečių ir 21 liukso klasės kambarių ir sukurta moderni ir komfortiška sveikatingumo, medicininės reabilitacijos ir sanatorinio gydymo kartu su apgyvendinimu ir maitinimu paslaugų infrastruktūra, kur vienu metu aukštos kokybės paslaugas galės gauti vidutiniškai 184 klientai. Planuojami projekto rezultatai: bus sukurta 11 naujų tiesiogiai su projektu susijusių aukštos kvalifikacijos specialistų ir jaunesniųjų specialistų darbo vietų su vidutinį šalies atlyginimą atitinkančiu darbo užmokesčiu, pritraukta 4,59 mln. Eur privačių investicijų ir 7866,86 % padidinta įmonės apyvarta. (Lithuanian)

UAB “Namita” is preparing an investment project aimed at expanding its activities and creating modern infrastructure for the provision of innovative sanatorium treatment, medical rehabilitation and wellness services. The main objectives of the project implemented by UAB “Namita” are to create a modern sanatorium complex in line with European Union standards, which will provide health, sanatorium treatment and medical rehabilitation services and improve health and quality of life for the sanatorium’s clients. The project is implemented in a resort area, one of the most unique places in Lithuania, famous for its landscape and natural resources — Birštonas, Nemunas loops regional park. During the project, a 3-storey building with a basement and attic will be built, which will be equipped with 119 double rooms and 21 luxurious rooms and create modern and comfortable facilities for health, medical rehabilitation and sanatorium treatment together with accommodation and catering services, where an average of 184 customers will be able to receive high-quality services at the same time. Planned results of the project: 11 new jobs for highly qualified and junior specialists directly linked to the project will be created with wages corresponding to the national average wage, attracting EUR 4.59 million in private investment and 7866.86 % increase in the company’s turnover.
