Met dit project beoogt A. de Jong leidinggevenden handvatten te bieden om op een levendige, ontwikkelingsgerichte manier de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers te bevorderen. De focus ligt op het trainen van leidinggevenden zodat 1) de leercultuur wordt versterkt (door leidinggevenden te trainen in het op een goede manier voeren van ontwikkel- en functioneringsgesprekken) en 2) een gezonde werkomgeving aandacht krijgt (door leidinggevenden te trainen in het voeren van goed verzuimgesprekken (inzetbaarheidsgesprekken)). Door leidinggevenden te versterken in het voeren van goede gesprekken over ontwikkeling en ziekteverzuim(preventie), is A. de Jong ervan overtuigd de duurzame inzetbaarheid op een effectieve manier te bevorderen.
