    In een veranderde markt is het voor Bakkerij Fuite belangrijk een goede aansluiting te behouden bij haar klanten. Fuite streeft er naar de markt steeds beter te bedienen, vanuit partnerschap te werken en niet langer vanuit de rol van leverancier. Dit vraagt ook om een transformatie van de medewerkers. Bakkerij Fuite is zich er van bewust dat de medewerkers hierin een essentiële rol spelen.
