Mensen met een sterk mentaal vermogen hebben minder last van werkstress en ongewenst gedrag op de werkvloer. Doel is om een duidelijk beeld te krijgen van de persoonlijke vitaliteit van de medewerkers zodat zij meer inzicht krijgen in hun eigen persoonlijkheid. Daarmee krijgen zij de kans om hun mentale vermogen te ontwikkelen. Deze ontwikkeling zal d.m.v. teamgesprekken en individuele gesprekken met een gespecialiseerde mentaliteitscoach plaatsvinden. Hierin is voldoende ruimte voor feedback/input. Door nieuwe inzichten is het mogelijk bewustwording op te bouwen van de mentale vitaliteit en hier mee bezig te zijn, om zodoende een gezond en veilig werken te bevorderen.
