Binnen de gestelde kaders (het wat) zetten medewerkers hun professionele expertise in (het hoe) om deze resultaten te bereiken. Dit vindt plaats vanuit de resultaatverantwoordelijke teams. Zo bouwt Moviera een platte, energieke en effectief werkende organisatie waar geen plaats is voor bureaucratische en trage besluitvorming. Moviera wil een ‘lerende’ organisatie zijn waarbij het menselijk potentieel optimaal benut wordt in de organisatie én zorgt voor een gezonde verbinding met de buitenwereld. Een lerende organisaties onderkent dat in haar bestaansrecht altijd ruimte is om efficiëntie en klantwaarde continu te verbeteren én gelijktijdig te werken aan de lange termijn. (Dutch)
