Make an inventory of current HR related work processes. 2. The design of measures. 3. Translating measures into an improvement plan. 4. Implementing the improvement plan. The concrete results of this sustainable employability project are: A significantly reduced workload among all The Vital Company employees. — Optimised HR-related processes in which manual operations have been greatly reduced and the quality of the processes increased.     De huidige HR-gerelateerde processen binnen The Vital Company worden gekenmerkt door veel handmatige handelingen. De vele handmatige werkzaamheden die de huidige HR-gerelateerde processen met zich mee brengen, creëren een onwenselijke werklast voor de The Vital Company medewerkers (bovenop hun reguliere werkzaamheden) en zorgen voor een enorme werkdruk. De ervaren werkdruk onder de medewerkers heeft The Vital Company ertoe aangezet een project op te zetten gericht op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers waarbij zij samen met deze medewerkers alle HR gerelateerde processen dusdanig inricht en automatiseert dat deze passen bij de huidige tijd en toekomstproof zijn. De hoofddoelstelling van dit project is het duurzaam terugdringen van werkstress onder alle The Vital Company werknemers door het significant verbeteren van de HR-gerelateerde processen en het zodoende bevorderen van een gezond werkklimaat. Secundair doel is om in lijn met haar missie en visie de eigen verantwoordelijkheid van haar medewerkers verder te vergroten. Dit wil zij bereiken door haar medewerkers meer eigenaarschap te geven ten aanzien van HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen, zodat zij in control zijn over hun eigen gegevens. Om de doelstelling te realiseren voert The Vital Company in samenwerking met een extern adviseur de volgende activiteiten met én ten behoeve van haar werknemers uit: 1. Maken van een inventarisatie van de huidige HR gerelateerde werkprocessen. 2. Het ontwerpen van maatregelen. 3. Het vertalen van maatregelen naar een verbeterplan. 4. Het implementeren van het verbeterplan. De concrete resultaten van dit duurzame inzetbaarheidsproject zijn: Een significant gereduceerde werkdruk onder alle The Vital Company medewerkers. - Geoptimaliseerde HR gerelateerde processen waarbij de handmatig te verrichten handelingen sterk zijn verminderd en de kwaliteit van de processen is verhoogd.
