Property / summary

The Services Centre Human Resources (DCHR) is the contact point in the field of P&O regulation and personnel and payroll administration for 58,000 Defence employees with 276 employees. Many of our employees work in a call center environment. They indicate that they experience a decent workload that also leads to an imbalance in the work-private situation. This leads to too high absenteeism in different departments. DCHR assumes its responsibility as an employer and wants to work together with executives and employees on a sustainable employability program that focuses on energy, sleep, nutrition and stress management. The objective is to facilitate employees optimally so that they can take more control of the activities they want to undertake in order to work on their own vitality and health and thus reduce absenteeism.
