Alle medewerkers zijn belangrijk voor Smurfit Kappa Zedek (hierna: SK Zedek) en daarom is één van de speerpunten de komende jaren om hen duurzaam te behouden voor ons bedrijf en actief in te zetten bij het continu verbeterproces. Een adviesbureau is voor 2016 al ingeschakeld om te ondersteunen in dit proces. Er is toen een zogenaamde Potentieelscan Medewerkers (organisatiescan) gehouden. Om op middellange termijn succesvol te blijven is voor Smurfit Kappa Zedek (SK Zedek) creativiteit, productiviteit en slim werken van essentieel belang. In dat kader heeft SK Zedek ervoor gekozen om een integraal continu verbeter management programma te starten in 2018. Een adviesbureau is ingeschakeld om te ondersteunen in dit proces. Het doel van het traject is dat de capaciteiten en competenties van de medewerkers blijvend worden ontwikkeld en verbeteren, zodat ze nog meer betrokken en gemotiveerd raken bij hun werkzaamheden en dat hun werkwijzen verbeterd worden, waardoor zij zowel binnen SK Zedek als daarbuiten duurzamer inzetbaar worden en mee kunnen blijven werken aan het proces van contine verbeteren.
