Quickstart Software B.V. (SnelStart) develops smart and innovative software that makes the accounting of entrepreneurs simple. Fast start was founded 35 years ago in Texel, but since last year it also has a branch in Alkmaar. A total of 150 employees are employed across the two sites. Employees are the beating heart of Snelstart. The activities they carry out mainly cause mental stress. Think of office workers, they often experience high mental pressure. This is due to a rapidly changing product and demand and questions from the customer. In addition, they sit behind a desk for a long time, this creates possible health problems. With the help of an external consultant, quick start aims to identify the risks related to sustainable employability (DI). In addition, she wants to raise awareness about vitality and an increase in own control of individual employability. All employees are given the opportunity to participate in a vitality check. Each participant receives personal advice from a coach based on the scored results. The topics on which advice is given are: 1. Health and Energy, 2. Professional knowledge and skills, 3. Motivation and involvement and 4. Work and private balance. Quick start has the need to gain insight into which bottlenecks exist in the field of DI. This insight is obtained from the group results from checks. Together with the external advisor, an improvement plan is being drawn up on how SnelStart can improve the bottlenecks. This project was co-financed by the European Social Fund. (English)

SnelStart Software B.V. (Dutch)
