An open atmosphere in which everyone can explain their point of view and eventually listen to each other and a clear decision is made creates openness and trust. Relaxed omgaan met conflicten zonder werkstress Doel: het gezond en productief houden van de werkenden binnen Sakata zodat zij gezond tot hun pensioengerechtigde leeftijd kunnen werken. Thema's: • het verminderen van stress • het verhogen van het werkplezier door het voorkomen van conflicten • gelijkheid op de werkvloer Zeker de helft van de werknemers die zich ziek melden heeft geen medische klachten. Arbodienst Zorg van de zaak heeft dit geconcludeerd uit de dossiers van hun bedrijfsartsen en de Nederlandse Vereniging van BedrijfsArtsen vermoedt zelfs dat het gaat om 70-80% . Mensen melden zich bijvoorbeeld ziek vanwege werkdruk, problemen met hun leidinggevende, lastige klanten, pesten op het werk, miscommunicatie in een team, overbelast zijn Iedereen gaat verschillend om met een meningsverschil of conflict. Je leert geen conflictvaardigheden aan op school en ook zelden tijdens je opleiding. Iedereen leert het in de praktijk, we ontwikkelen allemaal een eigen stijl. Idealiter kun je – afhankelijk van de situatie – een andere stijl kiezen. Het is in een bedrijf essentieel om van elkaar te weten welke conflictoplossingstijl ieder bij voorkeur hanteert, zodat je daar ook veel beter op kunt reageren en anticiperen. Van alle leidinggevenden en medewerkers wordt een conflictstijlscan opgesteld en individueel besproken. Tijdens workshops en intervisiebijeenkomsten wordt inzicht verkregen in elkaars conflictstijl en wordt een variatie in conflictstijlen aangeleerd. Het programma geeft verbinding en meer onderling begrip en leidt tot een betere communicatie met elkaar, met klanten en een sterke verbetering van de werksfeer. Bij een open sfeer waarin iedereen zijn/haar standpunt kan toe te lichten en er uiteindelijk naar elkaar wordt geluisterd en een helder besluit wordt genomen ontstaat er openheid en vertrouwen.
