    Zehnder Group wil een vitaliteitsscan aanbieden aan al haar medewerkers. Het project omvat de volgende elementen, waarbij de adviseur van Bewegen Werkt wordt ingezet: 1. Een kick off bijeenkomst gericht op het presenteren en bespreken van de visie en aanpak. 2. Vitaliteitsscan, bestaande uit: a. Uitzetten en uitvoeren van de vragenlijstmethodiek Monitor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (MoDI) onder alle medewerkers. b. Een Health Check voor de medewerkers die zich hiervoor inschrijven. 3. Een aanvullend onderzoek voor medewerkers met een verminderd werkvermogen. Dit betreft een gesprek met de adviseur en is gericht op het formuleren van een advies dat bijdraagt aan het herstel van werkvermogen. 4. Teamsessies vitaliteit, waarin aan de teams de groepsresultaten worden teruggekoppeld, adviezen worden toegelicht en gekomen wordt tot een actieplan voor per team dat gericht is op het behoud of herstel van gezondheid, werkvermogen en productiviteit. Zehnder wil met de beschreven aanpak en activiteiten het volgende bereiken: 1. Er is duidelijk geworden wat voor individuele medewerkers en voor de gehele organisatie aandachtspunten zijn waaraan gewerkt kan worden om de gezondheid, inzetbaarheid en productiviteit te behouden of verbeteren. 2. Meer dan 70% van de medewerkers worden bereikt met de aan te bieden vitaliteitsscan. 3. Zehnder wil het verzuim stabiel houden. Verwacht wordt dat in 2017 het verzuim zonder deze aanpak zal stijgen.
