Project the New Organising. With the aim of promoting the sustainable employability of its employees, MEE Plus intends to jointly implement a project with Part-Up in which a solid basis is further developed with regard to; • Organising the teams around tasks to complete the mission of MEE Plus and to carry out assignments, in the working environment already outlined, • To be able to respond flexibly to new opportunities and assignments by organising teams around assignments. In doing so, we expect them to: — Using each other’s talents and skills, thinking of result responsibility and entrepreneurship, — using qualities and added value with pride and identity in their work and continuing to develop in them for a long time (including through an appropriate learning environment); — Working with more pleasure and less stress (together) by working from intrinsic motivation and opportunities to develop new competences. Project het Nieuwe Organiseren. Met het doel de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers te bevorderen, is MEE Plus voornemens in gezamenlijkheid met Part-Up een project uit te voeren waarin een stevige basis wordt doorontwikkeld m.b.t.; • Organiseren van de teams rondom opgaven om de missie van MEE Plus te volbrengen en om opdrachten te kunnen uitvoeren, in de reeds geschetste werkomgeving, • Het flexibel kunnen inspelen op nieuwe kansen en opdrachten door teams te organiseren rondom opdrachten. MEE Plus wil haar werknemers in staat te stellen de gewenste doorontwikkeling in werken en denken te maken, passend bij de ambities in het sociale domein, is het beoogd resultaat een, op veranderbaarheid en een flexibele werkcultuur gerichte, omgeving te creëren waarin werknemers vormgeven aan hun werk (zelfsturing in opgave en expertiseteams) en persoonlijke ontwikkeling zodat zij bekwaam een bijdrage aan de organisatie en sector kunnen leveren. Hiermee verwachten wij te bereiken dat zij: - Gebruik maken van elkaars talenten en vaardigheden, denkende aan resultaatverantwoordelijkheid en ondernemerschap, - Kwaliteiten en toegevoegde waarde met trots en eigen identiteit gebruiken in hun werk en zich daarin langdurig kunnen blijven ontwikkelen (onder meer door een passende leeromgeving); - Met meer plezier en minder stress (samen)werken, door te werken vanuit intrinsieke motivatie en mogelijkheden tot ontwikkelen van nieuwe competenties.
