    We groeien snel en zien nog meer kansen in de markt. Wij kunnen snel schakelen als organisatie en inspelen op die kansen. Daar zijn we goed in. Innovatie is daarin erg belangrijk en hierbij hebben we onze mensen hard nodig. Binnen ESD hebben we een Rotterdamse mentaliteit, handson en we houden van aanpakken. Een tandje erbij, dat doen we moeiteloos. Onze mensen zijn erg betrokken bij de organisatie en dit willen we graag zo houden. We willen ervoor zorgen dat de groei een gezonde groei is voor het bedrijf en voor de medewerkers. We ervaren nu wat groeipijnen en daarmee komt de ontwikkeling en groei van mensen onder druk te staan. Dit vinden we ongewenst en dat gaan we aanpakken met de subsidie van ESF voor duurzame inzetbaarheid. Onze medewerkers daar zijn we zuinig op. (Dutch)
