Project the New Organising. With the aim of promoting the sustainable employability of its employees, MEE Plus intends to jointly implement a project with Part-Up in which a solid basis is further developed with regard to; • Organising the teams around tasks to complete the mission of MEE Plus and to carry out assignments, in the working environment already outlined, • To be able to respond flexibly to new opportunities and assignments by organising teams around assignments. Mee Plus aims to enable its employees to make the desired development in work and thinking, appropriate to the ambitions in the social domain, the aim is to create a changeability and flexible working culture environment in which employees shape their work (self-management in task and expertise teams) and personal development so that they can make a competent contribution to the organisation and sector. In doing so, we expect them to: — Using each other’s talents and skills, thinking of result responsibility and entrepreneurship, — using qualities and added value with pride and identity in their work and continuing to develop in them for a long time (including through an appropriate learning environment); — Working with more pleasure and less stress (together) by working from intrinsic motivation and opportunities to develop new competences. Well-being is essential for our employees: they should be able to carry out their tasks and work in the social domain with greater autonomy in multi-disciplinary teams. (English)

    Project het Nieuwe Organiseren. Met het doel de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers te bevorderen, is MEE Plus voornemens in gezamenlijkheid met Part-Up een project uit te voeren waarin een stevige basis wordt doorontwikkeld m.b.t.; • Organiseren van de teams rondom opgaven om de missie van MEE Plus te volbrengen en om opdrachten te kunnen uitvoeren, in de reeds geschetste werkomgeving, • Het flexibel kunnen inspelen op nieuwe kansen en opdrachten door teams te organiseren rondom opdrachten. MEE Plus wil haar werknemers in staat te stellen de gewenste doorontwikkeling in werken en denken te maken, passend bij de ambities in het sociale domein, is het beoogd resultaat een, op veranderbaarheid en een flexibele werkcultuur gerichte, omgeving te creëren waarin werknemers vormgeven aan hun werk (zelfsturing in opgave en expertiseteams) en persoonlijke ontwikkeling zodat zij bekwaam een bijdrage aan de organisatie en sector kunnen leveren. Hiermee verwachten wij te bereiken dat zij: - Gebruik maken van elkaars talenten en vaardigheden, denkende aan resultaatverantwoordelijkheid en ondernemerschap, - Kwaliteiten en toegevoegde waarde met trots en eigen identiteit gebruiken in hun werk en zich daarin langdurig kunnen blijven ontwikkelen (onder meer door een passende leeromgeving); - Met meer plezier en minder stress (samen)werken, door te werken vanuit intrinsieke motivatie en mogelijkheden tot ontwikkelen van nieuwe competenties. Het welzijn is voor onze werknemers essentieel: zij dienen met grotere zelfstandigheid in multidisciplinair samengestelde teams hun taken en werk in het sociale domein te kunnen uitvoeren. (Dutch)

Con el fin de promover la empleabilidad sostenible de sus empleados, MEE Plus tiene la intención de ejecutar conjuntamente un proyecto con Part-Up en el que se siga desarrollando una base sólida en relación con; • Organizar los equipos en torno a tareas para completar la misión de MEE Plus y llevar a cabo tareas, en el entorno de trabajo ya descrito, • Para poder responder con flexibilidad a las nuevas oportunidades y tareas mediante la organización de equipos alrededor de las tareas. El objetivo de MEE Plus es permitir a sus empleados realizar el desarrollo deseado en el trabajo y el pensamiento, adaptados a las ambiciones en el ámbito social, el objetivo es crear un entorno de cambio y de cultura de trabajo flexible en el que los empleados formen su trabajo (autogestión en equipos de tareas y expertos) y el desarrollo personal para que puedan aportar una contribución competente a la organización y al sector.     Progettare la nuova organizzazione. Al fine di promuovere l'occupabilità sostenibile dei propri dipendenti, MEE Plus intende attuare congiuntamente un progetto con Part-Up in cui sia ulteriormente sviluppata una solida base per quanto riguarda; • Organizzare le squadre attorno ai compiti per completare la missione di MEE Plus e per svolgere incarichi, nell'ambiente di lavoro già delineato, • Per poter rispondere in modo flessibile alle nuove opportunità e assegnazioni organizzando squadre intorno agli incarichi. MEE Plus mira a consentire ai propri dipendenti di fare lo sviluppo desiderato nel lavoro e nel pensiero, adeguato alle ambizioni nel campo sociale, l'obiettivo è quello di creare un ambiente mutevole e flessibile della cultura del lavoro in cui i dipendenti modellano il loro lavoro (autogestione in team di task e expertise) e lo sviluppo personale in modo che possano dare un contributo competente all'organizzazione e al settore.
