Innovation is very important in this and we need our people very much. Within ESD we have a Rotterdam mentality, handson and we love to tackle. A tooth, we'll do that effortlessly. Our people are very involved in the organisation and we want to keep this that way. We want to ensure that growth is a healthy growth for the company and for its employees. We are now experiencing some growth pains and that puts people’s development and growth under pressure. We groeien snel en zien nog meer kansen in de markt. Wij kunnen snel schakelen als organisatie en inspelen op die kansen. Daar zijn we goed in. Innovatie is daarin erg belangrijk en hierbij hebben we onze mensen hard nodig. Binnen ESD hebben we een Rotterdamse mentaliteit, handson en we houden van aanpakken. Een tandje erbij, dat doen we moeiteloos. Onze mensen zijn erg betrokken bij de organisatie en dit willen we graag zo houden. We willen ervoor zorgen dat de groei een gezonde groei is voor het bedrijf en voor de medewerkers. We ervaren nu wat groeipijnen en daarmee komt de ontwikkeling en groei van mensen onder druk te staan. Dit vinden we ongewenst en dat gaan we aanpakken met de subsidie van ESF voor duurzame inzetbaarheid. Onze medewerkers daar zijn we zuinig op. (Dutch)

Crecemos rápido y vemos aún más oportunidades en el mercado. Podemos cambiar rápidamente como organización y responder a esas oportunidades. Somos buenos en eso. La innovación es muy importante en esto y necesitamos mucho a nuestra gente. Dentro de ESD tenemos una mentalidad de Rotterdam, práctica y nos encanta abordar. Un diente, lo haremos sin esfuerzo. Nuestra gente está muy involucrada en la organización y queremos mantener esto de esa manera. Queremos asegurar que el crecimiento sea un crecimiento saludable para la empresa y para sus empleados. Ahora estamos experimentando algunos dolores de crecimiento y eso pone el desarrollo y el crecimiento de las personas bajo presión. Nos parece indeseable y vamos a abordarlo con la subvención del FSE para una empleabilidad sostenible. Nuestros empleados son cuidadosos con eso. (Spanish)

Cresciamo velocemente e vediamo ancora più opportunità sul mercato. Possiamo passare rapidamente come organizzazione e rispondere a queste opportunità. Siamo bravi in questo. L'innovazione è molto importante in questo e abbiamo molto bisogno dei nostri cittadini. All'interno dell'ESD abbiamo una mentalità, una mentalità di Rotterdam e ci piace affrontare. Un dente, lo faremo senza sforzo. La nostra gente è molto coinvolta nell'organizzazione e vogliamo mantenere questo modo. Vogliamo garantire che la crescita sia una crescita sana per l'azienda e per i suoi dipendenti. Ora stiamo vivendo alcuni dolori di crescita e che mette lo sviluppo e la crescita delle persone sotto pressione. Riteniamo che ciò sia indesiderabile e affronteremo questo problema con la sovvenzione del FSE per l'occupabilità sostenibile. I nostri dipendenti sono attenti a questo. (Italian)
