Fit for the future and the topic of sustainable employability is part of structural strategic policy. Responsibility for sustainable employability is a shared responsibility between employer and employer. Nutreco is convinced that a good approach to sustainable employability will ensure healthier, more satisfied workers. For the organisation, this will also lead to increased employee engagement and better results. We have identified four themes: 1. Health in the workplace 2. Together in motion 3. Directing your development 4. In conversation about your goals The goal of fit for the future is that employees at all age stages are aware of their employability in the short and long term and take control of themselves to improve employability, facilitated and supported by Nutreco’s policies and their own manager. Bij Nutreco zijn we vitaal, vakkundig, gemotiveerd en in balans om de ambities te realiseren van onszelf en van de organisatie. Daarom zijn we gestart met een programma fit for the future. Fit for the future en het onderwerp duurzame inzetbaarheid is onderdeel van het structurele strategische beleid. De verantwoordelijkheid voor duurzame inzetbaarheid een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid is tussen werkgever en werkgever. Nutreco is ervan overtuigd dat een goede aanpak op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid zorgt voor gezondere, meer tevreden werknemers. Voor de organisatie zal dit tevens leiden tot hogere engagement van werknemers en betere resultaten. Wij hebben vier thema's bepaald: 1. Gezondheid op de werkvloer 2. Samen in beweging 3. Regie over je ontwikkeling 4. In gesprek over je doelen Het doel van fit for the future is dat werknemers in alle leeftijdsfasen zich bewust zijn van hun inzetbaarheid op korte en lange termijn en zelf regie nemen om de inzetbaarheid te verbeteren, waarbij dit wordt gefaciliteerd en gesteund door het beleid van Nutreco en de eigen manager. En Nutreco somos vitales, capacitados, motivados y equilibrados para realizar las ambiciones de nosotros mismos y de la organización. Por eso empezamos un programa adecuado para el futuro. Adecuado para el futuro y el tema de la empleabilidad sostenible forma parte de la política estratégica estructural. La responsabilidad por la empleabilidad sostenible es una responsabilidad compartida entre el empleador y el empleador. Nutreco está convencido de que un buen enfoque de la empleabilidad sostenible garantizará a los trabajadores más sanos y satisfechos. Para la organización, esto también dará lugar a un mayor compromiso de los empleados y mejores resultados. Hemos identificado cuatro temas: 1. Salud en el lugar de trabajo 2. Juntos en movimiento 3. Dirigir su desarrollo 4. En conversación sobre sus objetivos El objetivo de adecuarse al futuro es que los empleados en todas las etapas de edad sean conscientes de su empleabilidad a corto y largo plazo y tomen el control de sí mismos para mejorar la empleabilidad, facilitados y apoyados por las políticas de Nutreco y su propio gerente. In Nutreco siamo vitali, abili, motivati ed equilibrati per realizzare le ambizioni di noi stessi e dell'organizzazione. Ecco perché abbiamo iniziato un programma adatto al futuro. Adatto al futuro e al tema dell'occupabilità sostenibile fa parte della politica strategica strutturale. La responsabilità dell'occupabilità sostenibile è una responsabilità condivisa tra datore di lavoro e datore di lavoro. Nutreco è convinto che un buon approccio all'occupabilità sostenibile garantirà lavoratori più sani e più soddisfatti. Per l'organizzazione, questo porterà anche ad un maggiore coinvolgimento dei dipendenti e migliori risultati. Abbiamo individuato quattro temi: 1. Salute sul posto di lavoro 2. Insieme nel movimento 3. Dirigere il vostro sviluppo 4.
