Over the last decade, the media landscape has changed forever. The ESF grant can give the Public Broadcasting a short extra financial leeway, so that: 1) the awareness of urgency among incumbent employees is stimulated and can actually be turned into action and 2) tools can be designed to guide employees to the action and 3) a generation-specific programme that focuses on employability issues. It is assumed that employability — within public service broadcasting — can be increased by highlighting centrally, but also decentralisedly, the importance of employability, by guiding the employee individually in the translation of this importance into action and by setting up a 3-generation programme. The 2018 labour market analysis underpins the program to be designed by AWO-Fonds Omroep aimed at 3 generations of Public Broadcasting employees fresh and vitally future-proof at work. De afgelopen tien jaar is het medialandschap voorgoed veranderd. De ESF-subsidie kan de Publieke Omroep kortweg extra financiële armslag geven zodat: 1) het aanwezig urgentiebesef bij zittende medewerkers wordt aangewakkerd én daadwerkelijk kan worden omgezet in actie en 2) instrumenten kunnen worden vormgegeven op het begeleiden van medewerkers naar die actie en 3) een generatie-specifiek programma dat inzoomt op inzetbaarheidsvraagstukken. Verondersteld wordt dat de inzetbaarheid - binnen de publieke omroep- kan worden vergroot door centraal, maar ook decentraal het belang van inzetbaarheid onder de aandacht te brengen, de medewerker individueel te begeleiden in de vertaling van dit belang naar actie en een 3-generatie programma op te zetten. De arbeidsmarktanalyse 2018 ligt ten grondslag aan het door AWO-Fonds Omroep vorm te geven programma gericht op 3 generaties Publieke Omroepmedewerkers fris en vitaal toekomstbestendig aan het werk. En la última década, el panorama mediático ha cambiado para siempre. La subvención del FSE puede dar a la Radiodifusión Pública un breve margen financiero adicional, de modo que: 1) se estimula la conciencia de la urgencia entre los empleados tradicionales y se puede convertir en realidad en acción y 2) se pueden diseñar herramientas para orientar a los empleados hacia la acción y 3) un programa específico de generación que se centre en las cuestiones de empleabilidad. Se supone que la empleabilidad -en el servicio público de radiodifusión- puede aumentarse poniendo de relieve centralmente, pero también de forma descentralizada, la importancia de la empleabilidad, orientando individualmente al trabajador en la traducción de esta importancia en la acción y creando un programa de tres generaciones. El análisis del mercado laboral de 2018 sustenta el programa diseñado por AWO-Fonds Omroep dirigido a 3 generaciones de empleados de Public Broadcasting frescos y vitalmente aptos para el futuro en el trabajo. Nel corso dell'ultimo decennio, il panorama dei media è cambiato per sempre. La sovvenzione del FSE può dare alla radiodiffusione pubblica un breve margine di manovra finanziario supplementare, in modo che: 1) la consapevolezza dell'urgenza da parte dei dipendenti in carica è stimolata e può essere effettivamente trasformata in azione e 2) gli strumenti possono essere concepiti per orientare i dipendenti verso l'azione e 3) un programma specifico per la generazione che si concentra sulle questioni relative all'occupabilità. Si presume che l'occupabilità — nell'ambito del servizio pubblico di radiodiffusione — possa essere aumentata mettendo in evidenza a livello centrale, ma anche decentrato, l'importanza dell'occupabilità, guidando individualmente il lavoratore nella traduzione di tale importanza in azione e creando un programma di 3 generazioni. L'analisi del mercato del lavoro 2018 è alla base del programma che sarà progettato da AWO-Fonds Omroep, rivolto a 3 generazioni di dipendenti di Public Broadcasting freschi e vitali a prova di futuro sul lavoro.
