To start the project sustainable employability, an internal working group has been set up to implement the project together with an external consultant. The completion will be a three-day training for the employees with customer contact. These three days are dedicated to working together &Amp; connecting, interactive assignments, developing and gaining knowledge about the latest trends and developments in the industry. In this way, opportunities are created to work together even more sustainably, with knowledge sharing at the core. (English)

    Tapijtcentrum Nederland is een familiebedrijf uit 1970 met weinig verloop en daardoor lange dienstverbanden. Hierdoor is er door de jaren heen een hoop specialisme ontwikkeld binnen de organisatie. Dit heeft tevens tot gevolg dat het personeelsbestand wat ouder is geworden. Om deze medewerkers inzetbaar te houden tot aan het pensioen en is het project ‘duurzame inzetbaarheid: samen leren, ontwikkelen en verbinden’ in het leven geroepen met het doel om een leercultuur te bevorderen. De afgelopen jaren is een nieuwe instroom van jeugd de organisatie ingetreden. Bij deze groep is er ook behoefte aan ontwikkeling en vakkennis, zodat er ingespeeld kan worden op individuele ambities. Een klant verwacht eenzelfde advies te ontvangen van de verkoper, de telefoniste en de stoffeerder. Dit stelt de vakinhoudelijke kennis van de medewerkers op de proef. Om het project duurzame inzetbaarheid op te starten is er een interne werkgroep opgestart om het project invulling te geven samen met een externe adviseur. De invulling wordt een driedaagse training aan de medewerkers met klantcontact. Deze drie dagen staan in het teken van samenwerken & verbinden, interactieve opdrachten, ontwikkelen en kennis opdoen over de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen in de branche. Op deze manier worden er kansen gecreëerd om nog duurzamer samen te werken, waarbij kennisdeling centraal staat. (Dutch)
