Foots Installaties BV has been an installation company since 1998 which has grown sharply in recent years. Foots Installations have not built the necessary foundation to support this growth structurally and sustainably. The objective of the project is to stimulate internal mobility of workers, to anticipate individual ambitions and development opportunities and to guide employees towards entrepreneurship. Foots Installations wants to achieve this goal by building the solid HR foundation that makes it possible to build a healthy and safe working environment in a sustainable way. Working healthy and safe and the space for personal development goes hand in hand and therefore, in preparation for the ESF project, Voets Installaties will also give its employees the attention they deserve by measuring their job satisfaction and mapping their individual energy leaks, and then working as an organisation. The infrastructure for further development and mobility is then rolled out. Encouraging internal mobility by employees and responding to their ambitions and development opportunities is therefore a priority for us in terms of good employership and staff management. The majority of employees digitally complete a reflection questionnaire that measures the % job satisfaction and maps the main energy leaks linked to intensive feedback conversations. In this way, we hope to identify the employees who face a substantial risk of outage if their individual needs are not speeded up. The thread through the conversations are entrepreneurship, structure, communication and appreciation. (English)

    Voets Installaties BV is sinds 1998 een installatiebedrijf dat in de laatste jaren sterk is gegroeid. Voets Installaties heeft niet de nodige fundering gebouwd om deze groei structureel en duurzaam te ondersteunen. Het project heeft als doelstelling het stimuleren van interne mobiliteit van werkenden, het anticiperen op individuele ambities en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en het begeleiden van medewerkers naar ondernemerschap. Voets Installaties wil deze doelstelling realiseren door in de eerste plaats de stevige HR-fundering te bouwen die het mogelijk maakt om op duurzame wijze te bouwen aan een gezond en veilig werken. Gezond en veilig werken en de ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling gaan hand in hand en daarom zal Voets Installaties eveneens in voorbereiding van het ESF-project, haar medewerkers de aandacht geven die zij verdienen door het meten van hun baantevredenheid en het in kaart brengen van hun individuele energielekken, om hier vervolgens als organisatie mee aan de slag te gaan. Vervolgens wordt de infrastructuur voor verdere ontwikkeling c.q. mobiliteit uitgerold. Het stimuleren van interne mobiliteit door medewerkers en inspelen op hun ambities en ontwikkelmogelijkheden is voor ons dan ook prioriteit ten aanzien van goed werkgeverschap en ons personeelsmanagement. Het merendeel van de medewerkers vult digitaal een reflectie vragenlijst in die het % baantevredenheid meet en de belangrijkste energielekken in kaart brengt gekoppeld aan intensieve feedbackgesprekken. Op deze wijze hopen we de medewerkers die een substantieel risico lopen op uitval, indien niet in versneld tempo met hun individuele behoeften aan de slag wordt gegaan, in kaart te brengen.     Foots Installaties BV ha sido una empresa de instalación desde 1998 que ha crecido fuertemente en los últimos años. Las instalaciones de pie no han construido las bases necesarias para apoyar este crecimiento de forma estructural y sostenible. El objetivo del proyecto es estimular la movilidad interna de los trabajadores, anticipar las ambiciones individuales y las oportunidades de desarrollo y orientar a los empleados hacia el espíritu empresarial. Foots Installations quiere lograr este objetivo construyendo la sólida base de recursos humanos que permite construir un ambiente de trabajo saludable y seguro de manera sostenible. Trabajar sano y seguro y el espacio para el desarrollo personal va de la mano y, por lo tanto, en preparación para el proyecto FSE, Voets Installaties también dará a sus empleados la atención que merecen midiendo su satisfacción laboral y mapeando sus fugas de energía individuales, y luego trabajando como una organización. A continuación, se pone en marcha la infraestructura para un mayor desarrollo y movilidad.     Foots Installaties BV è una società di impianti dal 1998 che è cresciuta notevolmente negli ultimi anni. Le installazioni dei piedi non hanno costruito le basi necessarie per sostenere questa crescita strutturalmente e in modo sostenibile. L'obiettivo del progetto è stimolare la mobilità interna dei lavoratori, anticipare le ambizioni individuali e le opportunità di sviluppo e orientare i dipendenti verso l'imprenditorialità. Foots Installazioni vuole raggiungere questo obiettivo costruendo la solida base HR che consente di costruire un ambiente di lavoro sano e sicuro in modo sostenibile. Lavorando in modo sano e sicuro e lo spazio per lo sviluppo personale va di pari passo e quindi, in preparazione del progetto FSE, Voets Installaties darà anche ai propri dipendenti l'attenzione che meritano misurando la loro soddisfazione lavorativa e mappando le loro perdite di energia individuali, e poi lavorando come organizzazione. L'infrastruttura per l'ulteriore sviluppo e la mobilità viene poi implementata. Incoraggiare la mobilità interna dei lavoratori e rispondere alle loro ambizioni e opportunità di sviluppo è pertanto una priorità per noi in termini di buona padronanza e gestione del personale. La maggior parte dei dipendenti compila digitalmente un questionario di riflessione che misura la percentuale di soddisfazione lavorativa e mappa le principali perdite di energia legate a conversazioni di feedback intensive.
