Lauwerscollege in POO is a school with approximately 180 employees. At the school one is aware that they too will be faced with a ‘double ageing’. In response to this problem, they want to implement a sustainable employability programme at the Lauwerscollege that early detects possible developments towards physical and/or mental overload and the emergence of chronic diseases (primary prevention). In this case, they want to achieve this by influencing the individual lifestyle factors so that the negative effects of any conditions are counteracted and/or minimised (secondary prevention) and when a chronic condition is already present, the impact on the participant’s life is as low as possible and the participant learn to deal with the condition. In addition, the method used by external expert UCPG can also detect and measure psychological effects of the work. UCPG’s approach consists of an inventory, advice and (process) guidance of both the organisation and the employee. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Spanish)
