Heksenkaas BV originated around a unique, ‘magic’ recipe of a combination of fresh vegetables and dairy, which has won several prizes. Over the years, Heksenkaas has become a national market leader in dairy spreads, with a completely new range of products. Major changes in the food industry are increasing demands on workers. There is a gap among employees in the knowledge available and the knowledge and skills required/desired from workplaces. Due to insufficient training, employees experience increasing workload, and a decreasing motivation to continue learning. As a result, Heksenkaas has problems finding and training new skilled employees in the region and retaining current employees. As a result, it is necessary for Heksenkaas to promote the learning culture within this project, in collaboration with external advisors of vABC, and thereby ensure sustainable employability.     Heksenkaas BV is ontstaan rondom een unieke, ‘magische’ receptuur van een combinatie van verse groente en zuivel, welke meerdere prijzen heeft gewonnen. In de loop der jaren is Heksenkaas uitgegroeid tot een nationale marktleider op het gebied van zuivelspreads, met een volledig nieuwe reeks producten. Door grote veranderingen in de voedselindustrie worden steeds meer eisen gesteld aan werknemers. Onder werknemers ontstaat een gat aan de beschikbare kennis en vanuit werkplekken vereiste/ gewenste kennis en kunde. Medewerkers ondervinden door de onvoldoende scholing toenemende werkdruk, en een afnemende motivatie om constant te blijven leren. Hierdoor heeft Heksenkaas heeft problemen met het vinden en opleiden van nieuwe bekwame medewerkers in de regio en huidige medewerkers te behouden. Hierdoor is het voor Heksenkaas noodzakelijk om binnen dit project, in samenwerking met externe adviseurs van vABC, de leercultuur te bevorderen en daarmee duurzame inzetbaarheid te borgen. Het uiteindelijke doel is het reorganiseren de leercultuur om te voldoen aan de individuele ontwikkelbehoefte, verhogen van de zelfsturing en motivatie van medewerkers. (Dutch)

    Heksenkaas BV se originó en torno a una receta «mágica» única de una combinación de verduras frescas y lácteos, que ha ganado varios premios. A lo largo de los años, Heksenkaas se ha convertido en un líder nacional en el mercado de pastas lácteas, con una gama completamente nueva de productos. Los principales cambios en la industria alimentaria están aumentando las demandas de los trabajadores. Existe una brecha entre los empleados en cuanto a los conocimientos disponibles y los conocimientos y competencias requeridos/deseados de los lugares de trabajo. Debido a la insuficiente formación, los empleados experimentan un aumento de la carga de trabajo y una motivación cada vez menor para continuar el aprendizaje. Como resultado, Heksenkaas tiene problemas para encontrar y capacitar a nuevos empleados cualificados en la región y retener a los empleados actuales. Como resultado, es necesario que Heksenkaas promueva la cultura del aprendizaje dentro de este proyecto, en colaboración con asesores externos de vABC, para garantizar así una empleabilidad sostenible.     Heksenkaas BV ha avuto origine intorno a una ricetta unica, ‘magica' di una combinazione di verdure fresche e latticini, che ha vinto diversi premi. Nel corso degli anni, Heksenkaas è diventato un leader nazionale nel settore delle creme da spalmare, con una gamma completamente nuova di prodotti. I principali cambiamenti nell'industria alimentare stanno aumentando la domanda dei lavoratori. Vi è un divario tra i dipendenti nelle conoscenze disponibili e nelle conoscenze e competenze richieste/desiderate dai luoghi di lavoro. A causa dell'insufficiente formazione, i dipendenti subiscono un aumento del carico di lavoro e una motivazione decrescente per continuare ad apprendere. Di conseguenza, Heksenkaas ha problemi a trovare e formare nuovi lavoratori qualificati nella regione e a mantenere gli attuali dipendenti. Di conseguenza, è necessario che Heksenkaas promuova la cultura dell'apprendimento all'interno di questo progetto, in collaborazione con consulenti esterni di vABC, garantendo in tal modo un'occupabilità sostenibile.
