With the project ‘Intersectoral and local mobility’, Flow aims to stimulate necessary mobility within and (towards) outside the sector. Despite good results in recent years, flow and mobility within the sector are still insufficient. Mobility remains an important focus due to ongoing world developments, the labour market and the sector itself (shrink). The flow and mobility need for optimal deployment and development of potential and prevention of overallity. The sector has a conservative character, good conditions and long-term employment; does not benefit mobility and self-evidentity. Flow wishes to develop and pool instruments in e.g. (intersectoral) mobility events. Also DI events specific target groups (CoCs, leadership, OR, 50+ and young people). Further: advice by DI advisors for staff in the field of learning (training questions) and develop (run-up requests) and managers (mobility and change power). (English)

    FLOW wil met het project ‘Intersectorale en lokale mobiliteit’ noodzakelijke mobiliteit binnen en (naar) buiten de sector stimuleren. Ondanks goede resultaten in de afgelopen jaren komen doorstroom en mobiliteit binnen de sector nog onvoldoende op gang. Mobiliteit blijft door de voortgaande wereldontwikkelingen, de arbeidsmarkt en de sector zelf (krimp) een belangrijk aandachtspunt. De doorstroming en mobiliteit noodzaak voor optimale inzet en ontwikkeling van potentieel en voorkomen van boventalligheid. De sector kent behoudend karakter, goede voorwaarden en lange dienstverbanden; komt mobiliteit en vanzelfsprekendheid hiervan niet ten goede. FLOW wenst instrumenten te ontwikkelen en te bundelen in bv (intersectorale) mobiliteitevents. Ook DI events specifieke doelgroepen (RvC's, leiding, OR, 50+ en jongeren). Verder: advies door DI adviseurs voor medewerkers op het gebied van leren (scholingsvragen) en ontwikkelen (loopbaanvragen) en leidinggevenden (mobiliteit en veranderkracht). (Dutch)

    Con el proyecto «Movilidad intersectorial y local», Flow pretende estimular la movilidad necesaria dentro y (hacia) fuera del sector. A pesar de los buenos resultados de los últimos años, el flujo y la movilidad dentro del sector siguen siendo insuficientes. La movilidad sigue siendo un aspecto importante debido a la evolución actual del mundo, el mercado de trabajo y el propio sector (encogimiento). El flujo y la movilidad necesitan un despliegue y un desarrollo óptimos del potencial y la prevención de la generalidad. El sector tiene un carácter conservador, buenas condiciones y empleo a largo plazo; no beneficia la movilidad y la auto-evidentidad. Flow desea desarrollar y poner en común instrumentos en, por ejemplo, eventos de movilidad (intersectoriales). También los eventos de DI grupos destinatarios específicos (CdC, liderazgo, OR, 50+ y jóvenes). Además: asesoramiento de los asesores de DI para el personal en el ámbito del aprendizaje (preguntas de formación) y desarrollo (solicitudes de ejecución) y directivos (movilidad y cambio de poder).     Con il progetto "Mobilità intersettoriale e locale", Flow mira a stimolare la mobilità necessaria all'interno e (verso) al di fuori del settore. Nonostante i buoni risultati ottenuti negli ultimi anni, i flussi e la mobilità all'interno del settore sono ancora insufficienti. La mobilità rimane un'attenzione importante a causa degli sviluppi mondiali in atto, del mercato del lavoro e del settore stesso (shrink). Il flusso e la mobilità necessitano di una diffusione e di uno sviluppo ottimali del potenziale e della prevenzione della generalità. Il settore ha carattere conservativo, buone condizioni e occupazione a lungo termine; non favorisce la mobilità e l'auto-evidenza. Flulow desidera sviluppare e mettere in comune strumenti, ad esempio, in eventi di mobilità (intersettoriali). Anche eventi DI specifici gruppi destinatari (CoC, leadership, OR, 50+ e giovani).
