The aim of the employee satisfaction survey is to gain insight into the work experience of the employees and to find out what goes well within the Sport and Welfare Foundation, but in particular what can be better. The results will provide guidance for improving the structure, support, management and development of employees. The advisory plan is geared towards greater profitability and involvement of employees, enabling greater efficiency and return to be achieved in an ever-changing environment. Het doel van het Medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek is om inzicht te krijgen in de werkbeleving van de medewerkers en te achterhalen wat goed gaat binnen Stichting Sport en Welzijn maar met name ook wat beter kan. In grote lijnen zullen de onderzoeksresultaten inzicht geven in de tevredenheid en betrokkenheid van de medewerkers maar ook in de kwaliteit van de organisatie. De resultaten zullen handvatten geven voor een verbetering van de structuur, de ondersteuning, de aansturing en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Met het adviesplan wordt gestuurd op meer rendabiliteit en betrokkenheid van de medewerkers waardoor een hogere efficiëntie en rendement kan worden bereikt in een steeds veranderende omgeving.
