With reference in particular to automation and changes in the legal framework, the existing organisation is under pressure (accountants/administration office) This applies to our own organisation but also to many of our clients (SME/ZZP). Peak loads, changing demand and competition require a proactive and flexible attitude of employees to meet customer demand and expectations on a lasting basis. By giving space to employees, stimulating expertise and team development and implementing flexibilisation, we hope to make the organisation future-proof with which we can guarantee continuity and sustainability.
