Oggetto del progetto è la costruzione di un impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue a Drzycim, sul terreno n. 268/1 nell'agglomerato di Drzycim designato con delibera n. XII/280/15 dell'Assemblea regionale della Kujawsko-Pomorskie del 28 settembre 2015. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà ad aumentare la percentuale di popolazione che utilizza il sistema di trattamento delle acque reflue conformemente alla direttiva sulle acque reflue urbane, in linea con l'obiettivo della misura 4.3 del POR WK-P 2014-2020. La necessità di realizzare l'investimento è dovuta al funzionamento significativo dell'attuale impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue situato a Drzycim, ul. Młyńska, che sarà sostituita da un nuovo impianto di trattamento. Nell'ambito di questa proposta, il progetto sarà attuato in due fasi (fase I — reattore e costruzione tecnica e riparo per i sedimenti disidratati e dopo l'igiene — stato grezzo; fase II — completamento dell'insieme con l'avvio dell'impianto — impianto di trattamento). Nell'ambito del progetto, sarà costruito un impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue per sostituire l'impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue esistente a Drzycim. Di conseguenza, il numero di persone che beneficiano di un migliore trattamento delle acque reflue ammonterà a 1 571 a.e., compresi i residenti attualmente collegati alla rete fognaria, che vengono trasportati all'impianto di trattamento di Drzycim (1335 a.e.) e le acque reflue fornite dal materiale rotabile di drenaggio da residenti che non utilizzano la rete fognaria (236 a.e.). Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest budowa oczyszczalni ścieków w Drzycimiu, na działce nr 268/1 w aglomeracji Drzycim wyznaczonej uchwałą nr XII/280/15 Sejmiku Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego z dnia 28 września 2015 r. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia odsetka ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych, co jest spójne z celem działania 4.3 RPO WK-P na lata 2014-2020. Potrzeba realizacji inwestycji wynika ze znacznego wyeksploatowania obecnie funkcjonującej oczyszczalni ścieków zlokalizowanej w Drzycimiu przy ul. Młyńskiej, która zostanie zastąpiona nową oczyszczalnią. W ramach niniejszego wniosku projekt realizowany będzie w dwóch etapach (etap I - reaktor i budynek techniczny i wiata na osad odwodniony i po higienizacji - stan surowy otwarty; etap II - zakończenie całości wraz z uruchomieniem instalacji – oczyszczalni). W ramach projektu zostanie wybudowana 1 oczyszczalnia ścieków, która zastąpi dotychczasową oczyszczalnię ścieków w Drzycimiu. W rezultacie liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków wyniesie 1 571 RLM, w tym mieszkańcy podłączeni obecnie do sieci kanalizacyjnej, którą ścieki transportowane są do oczyszczalni w Drzycimiu (1335 RLM) oraz ścieki dowożone taborem asenizacyjnym od mieszkańców niekorzystających z sieci kanalizacyjnej (236 RLM). The object of the planned project is the construction of a sewage treatment plant in Drzycim, on plot no. 268/1 in the Drzycim agglomeration designated by resolution No XII/280/15 of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Sejm of 28 September 2015. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the proportion of the population using a sewage treatment system in accordance with the directive on municipal waste water, which is consistent with the objective of action 4.3 of the WK-P OP for the years 2014-2020. The need to implement the investment results from significant exploitation of the current sewage treatment plant located in Drzycim at ul. Młyńska, which will be replaced by a new treatment plant. Under this proposal, the project will be implemented in two stages (Stage I – reactor and technical building and shelter for dehydrated sediment and after hygienic sediment – raw state open; stage II – completion of the whole with the start of the plant – treatment plant). As part of the project, 1 sewage treatment plant will be built to replace the existing sewage treatment plant in Drzycim. As a result, the number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment will amount to 1 571 RLM, including residents currently connected to the sewerage network, which is transported to the treatment plant in Drzycim (1335 RLM) and sewage delivered by tanking stock from residents not using sewage networks (236 RLM). L’objet du projet envisagé est la construction d’une station d’épuration des eaux usées à Drzycim, sur le terrain no 268/1 dans l’agglomération de Drzycim désignée par la résolution no XII/280/15 de l’Assemblée régionale de Kujawsko-Pomorskie du 28 septembre 2015. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à augmenter le pourcentage de la population utilisant le système de traitement des eaux usées conformément à la directive sur les eaux urbaines résiduaires, ce qui est conforme à l’objectif de la mesure 4.3 du ROP WK-P 2014-2020. La nécessité de mettre en œuvre l’investissement est due à l’exploitation importante de l’actuelle station d’épuration des eaux usées située à Drzycim, ul. Młyńska, qui sera remplacée par une nouvelle station d’épuration. Dans le cadre de cette proposition, le projet sera mis en œuvre en deux phases (phase I — réacteur et construction technique et abri pour sédiments déshydratés et après hygiène — état brut; phase II — achèvement de l’ensemble avec le démarrage de l’usine — station d’épuration). Dans le cadre du projet, une station d’épuration des eaux usées sera construite pour remplacer l’usine existante de traitement des eaux usées de Drzycim. En conséquence, le nombre de personnes supplémentaires bénéficiant d’un traitement amélioré des eaux usées s’élèvera à 1 571 EH, y compris les résidents actuellement raccordés au réseau d’assainissement, qui est transporté vers la station d’épuration de Drzycim (1335 EH) et les eaux usées alimentées par du matériel roulant de drainage par les résidents n’utilisant pas le réseau d’égouts (236 EH). Gegenstand des geplanten Projekts ist der Bau einer Kläranlage in Drzycim auf dem Grundstück Nr. 268/1 im Ballungsraum Drzycim, die durch die Entschließung Nr. XII/280/15 der Regionalversammlung Kujawsko-Pomorskie vom 28. September 2015 benannt wurde. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, den Anteil der Bevölkerung, die das Abwasserbehandlungssystem gemäß der kommunalen Abwasserrichtlinie nutzt, zu erhöhen, was mit dem Ziel der Maßnahme 4.3 des ROP WK-P 2014-2020 im Einklang steht. Die Umsetzung der Investition ist auf den beträchtlichen Betrieb der derzeitigen Kläranlage in Drzycim, ul, zurückzuführen. Młyńska, die durch eine neue Kläranlage ersetzt wird. Im Rahmen dieses Vorschlags wird das Projekt in zwei Phasen durchgeführt (Phase I – Reaktor- und technische Gebäude und Schutz für dehydriertes Sediment und nach Hygiene – Rohzustand; Stufe II – Fertigstellung des Ganzen mit der Inbetriebnahme der Anlage – Aufbereitungsanlage). Im Rahmen des Projekts wird eine Kläranlage errichtet, die die bestehende Kläranlage in Drzycim ersetzt. Infolgedessen beläuft sich die Zahl der zusätzlichen Personen, die von einer verbesserten Abwasserbehandlung profitieren, auf 1571 EW, einschließlich der Anwohner, die derzeit an das Kanalisationsnetz angeschlossen sind, das zur Kläranlage Drzycim (1335 S. Het geplande project betreft de bouw van een rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallatie in Drzycim, op perceel nr. 268/1 in de agglomeratie Drzycim, aangewezen bij resolutie nr. XII/280/15 van de regionale vergadering van Kujawsko-Pomorskie van 28 september 2015. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot een verhoging van het percentage van de bevolking dat het afvalwaterbehandelingssysteem gebruikt overeenkomstig de richtlijn stedelijk afvalwater, hetgeen strookt met de doelstelling van maatregel 4.3 van het ROP WK-P 2014-2020. De noodzaak om de investering uit te voeren is te wijten aan de aanzienlijke exploitatie van de huidige waterzuiveringsinstallatie in Drzycim, ul. Młyńska, die zal worden vervangen door een nieuwe zuiveringsinstallatie. Als gevolg daarvan zal het aantal extra personen dat baat heeft bij een betere afvalwaterbehandeling 1 571 i.e. bedragen, met inbegrip van bewoners die momenteel zijn aangesloten op het rioleringsnet, dat wordt vervoerd naar de zuiveringsinstallatie van Drzycim (1335 i.e.) en afvalwater dat wordt geleverd door drainage rollend materieel van bewoners die geen gebruik maken van het rioleringsnet (236 i.e.).
