Проекта предвижда оптимиризане на работата в СОУ "Ч. Храбър" за пълноценна интеграция на децата от ромски и друг етнически произход, чрез образование, възпитание и включването им в извънкласни дейности. За неговата успешна реализация ще работят в партньорство СОУ "Ч. Храбър" и партньорите - Община Велики Преслав и Читалище "Развитие" В. Преслав. Проектът ще се реализира на територията на гр. В. Преслав, като в неговите дейности ще бъдат обхванати и ученици, пътуващи от съседните населени места, но учат в съответното учебно заведение. В дейностите e предвидена и работа с родители, като акцентът е върху активирането им за участие в образователния процес, занимания с децата, провеждане на индивидуални консултации и групови срещи-обучения, периодични родителски срещи. В рамките на Проекта във всички класове учениците ще преминат през процес на засилено усвояване на български език, художествено-творческо групово и личностно развитие на децата с цел тяхната успешна социализация и преодоляването на социалните и емоционални “бариери”.От друга страна развитието на извънкласната дейност има важно значение за личностното развитие на учениците. Разширяването и обогатяването на тези дейности ще направи училищния живот по-богат, пълноценен и привлекателен, ще увеличи възможностите за творческото развитие и дарованията на учениците, ще осмисли свободното им време, ще ги насочи към предпочитана от тях личностна изява като така ще подпомогне формирането на автономни личности с широка обща култура и със съвременна ценностна система. Реалното участие с поемането на задължения и отговорности при сътрудничество с другите създава у младите хора чувството за принадлежност към общността и я укрепва.Чрез подобряване и обогатяване на образователната среда в училището ще се създадат необходимите условия за получаване на качествено образование и възпитание на децата в мултикултурна среда. Училището ще придобие благоприятна и приятна среда за работа на ученици, учители и родители. (Bulgarian)

The project envisages optimisation of the work in High School “Ch. Hrabar” for full integration of children from Roma and other ethnic backgrounds through education, education and inclusion in extracurricular activities. For its successful realisation will work in partnership High School “Ch. Hrabar” and the partners — Veliki Preslav Municipality and Community Center “Development” V. Preslav. The project will be implemented on the territory of the town of V. Preslav, and its activities will also cover students travelling from neighbouring settlements, but studying in the respective educational establishment. The activities include working with parents, focusing on their activation for participation in the educational process, activities with children, conducting individual consultations and group meetings — trainings, periodic parental meetings. Within the project, in all classes the students will undergo a process of increased learning of Bulgarian language, artistic and creative group and personal development of children in order to achieve their successful socialisation and overcoming the social and emotional “barriers”. On the other hand, the development of extracurricular activities is important for the personal development of students. The expansion and enrichment of these activities will make school life richer, fuller and attractive, will increase the opportunities for the creative development and gifts of the students, give them a sense of their free time, direct them to their preferred personality expression, thus supporting the formation of autonomous personalities with a broad common culture and a modern value system. Real participation with commitment and responsibilities in cooperation with others creates young people’s sense of belonging to the community and strengthens it. By improving and enriching the educational environment in the school, the necessary conditions for obtaining quality education and education of children in a multicultural environment will be created. The school will acquire a favorable and pleasant environment for students, teachers and parents. (English)

Le projet prévoit d’optimiser les travaux de l’école secondaire «Ch. Hrabar» en vue de l’intégration complète des enfants roms et d’autres origines ethniques par l’éducation, l’éducation et l’inclusion dans les activités extrascolaires. Pour sa réalisation réussie travaillera en partenariat Lycée «Ch. Hrabar» et les partenaires — Veliki Preslav Municipalité et Centre communautaire «Développement» V. Preslav. Le projet sera mis en œuvre sur le territoire de la ville de V. Preslav, et ses activités couvriront également les étudiants en provenance des localités voisines, mais étudiant dans l’établissement d’enseignement respectif. Les activités comprennent la collaboration avec les parents, l’accent étant mis sur leur activation en vue de leur participation au processus éducatif, des activités avec les enfants, la tenue de consultations individuelles et de réunions de groupe — formations, réunions parentales périodiques. Dans le cadre du projet, dans toutes les classes, les élèves subiront un processus d’apprentissage accru de la langue bulgare, du groupe artistique et créatif et du développement personnel des enfants afin de parvenir à leur socialisation réussie et de surmonter les «obstacles sociaux et émotionnels»; d’autre part, le développement d’activités extrascolaires est important pour le développement personnel des étudiants. L’expansion et l’enrichissement de ces activités rendront la vie scolaire plus riche, plus complète et attrayante, augmentera les possibilités de développement créatif et de dons des élèves, leur donnera un sens de leur temps libre, les dirigera vers l’expression de leur personnalité préférée, soutenant ainsi la formation de personnalités autonomes dotées d’une vaste culture commune et d’un système de valeurs modernes. Une participation réelle avec engagement et responsabilités en coopération avec les autres crée le sentiment d’appartenance des jeunes à la communauté et la renforce. En améliorant et en enrichissant l’environnement éducatif à l’école, les conditions nécessaires à l’obtention d’une éducation et d’une éducation de qualité des enfants dans un environnement multiculturel seront créées. L’école acquerra un environnement favorable et agréable pour les élèves, les enseignants et les parents. (French)

Das Projekt sieht eine Optimierung der Arbeit in der High School „Ch. Hrabar“ für die vollständige Integration von Kindern aus Roma und anderen ethnischen Hintergründen durch Bildung, Bildung und Inklusion in außerschulische Aktivitäten vor. Für seine erfolgreiche Realisierung wird in Partnerschaft arbeiten High School „Ch. Hrabar“ und die Partner – Veliki Preslav Gemeinde und Gemeindezentrum „Entwicklung“ V. Preslav. Das Projekt wird auf dem Gebiet der Stadt V. Preslav durchgeführt, und seine Aktivitäten umfassen auch Studenten, die aus benachbarten Siedlungen reisen, aber studieren in der jeweiligen Bildungseinrichtung. Zu den Aktivitäten gehören die Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern, deren Schwerpunkt auf deren Aktivierung für die Teilnahme am Bildungsprozess, Aktivitäten mit Kindern, die Durchführung individueller Konsultationen und Gruppentreffen – Schulungen, regelmäßige Elterntreffen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden die Schüler in allen Klassen einen Prozess des verstärkten Erlernens der bulgarischen Sprache, der künstlerischen und kreativen Gruppe und der persönlichen Entwicklung von Kindern durchlaufen, um ihre erfolgreiche Sozialisation zu erreichen und die sozialen und emotionalen „Barrieren“ zu überwinden. Die Ausweitung und Bereicherung dieser Aktivitäten wird das Schulleben reicher, voller und attraktiver machen, die Möglichkeiten für die kreative Entwicklung und die Gaben der Schüler erhöhen, ihnen ein Gefühl ihrer Freizeit geben, sie auf ihren bevorzugten Persönlichkeitsausdruck lenken und damit die Bildung autonomer Persönlichkeiten mit einer breiten gemeinsamen Kultur und einem modernen Wertsystem unterstützen. Durch die Verbesserung und Bereicherung des Bildungsumfelds in der Schule werden die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für eine qualitativ hochwertige Bildung und Bildung von Kindern in einem multikulturellen Umfeld geschaffen. Die Schule wird ein günstiges und angenehmes Umfeld für Schüler, Lehrer und Eltern erwerben. (German)
