Проектното предложение „Осигуряване на топъл обяд в община Смядово-2016“ напълно отговаря на изискванията на Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане 2014-2020 г.; Операция тип: 3 Осигуряване на топъл обяд. Проектното предложение отговаря и на заложените мерки за разширяване, развитие на съществуващите и създаване на нови, съобразени с потребностите на хората, нови социални услуги в Общинския план за развитие на община Смядово 2014-2020, а именно: Стр. цел 3: „Подобряване на качеството на живот чрез създаване на условия за ефективна заетост, социално включване, достъпно и качествено здравеопазване, култура и спорт“, Пр. 6: „Подобряване на качеството и достъпа до обществени услуги“, Спец. цел 3.5: „Изграждане и подобряване на социалната инфраструктура и разширяване обхвата и вида на социалните услуги“, М. 3.5.2: „Подобряване качеството и достъпа до социални услуги в общността“. Ще бъдат изпълнявани четири дейности по проекта: Определяне на целевите групи; Закупуване на хранителни продукти; Осигуряване на топъл обяд; Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки. Храната за потребителите на обществената трапезария ще се приготвя в Домашен социален патронаж гр. Смядово, който е с дългогодишен опит и традиции в предоставянето на социалната услуга на възрастните хора, изразяваща се в ежедневна доставка на топла храна и хляб, съобразена с изискванията за рационално хранене на възрастни хора, осъществяване на социални контакти и подкрепа, наблюдение на здравното състояние на потребителите. Проекта ще се изпълнява 46 месеца. Топъл обяд, включващ супа, основно ястие и хляб на стойност 2,30 лв. за лице, ще се предоставя всеки работен ден от месеца до 30.04.2017 г. и 2,50 лв. за лице от 01.05.2017 г. В проекта ще бъдат включени 150 лица от целевите групи за периода от 01.07.2016 г. до 30.04.2017 г. и 250 лица от целевите групи за периода 01.05.2017 г. до 31.12.2017 г. и 350 лица от 01.01.2018 г. до 30.04.2020 г. The project proposal “Providing a warm lunch in the municipality of Smyadovo-2016” fully complies with the requirements of the Operational Programme for Food and/or Basic Material Assistance 2014-2020; Operation type: 3 Provide a warm lunch. The project proposal is also in line with the planned measures for expansion, development of existing ones and creation of new, tailored to the needs of the people, new social services in the Municipal Development Plan of Smyadovo Municipality 2014-2020, namely: Page 3: “Improving quality of life by creating conditions for effective employment, social inclusion, affordable and quality health, culture and sport”, E. 6: Improving quality and access to public services, Specific Objective 3.5: “Building and improving social infrastructure and broadening the scope and type of social services”, M. 3.5.2: “Improving quality and access to community-based social services”. Four project activities will be implemented: Identification of target groups; The purchase of food products; Providing a warm lunch; Provision of accompanying measures. The food for the consumers of the public dining room will be prepared in the Domestic Social Patronage in Smyadovo, which has many years of experience and traditions in providing the social service to the elderly, consisting of daily delivery of hot food and bread, complying with the requirements for rational nutrition of elderly people, social contacts and support, monitoring of the health status of consumers. The project will be implemented for 46 months. A warm lunch, including soup, main course and bread of BGN 2.30 per person, will be provided every working day of the month until 30.04.2017 and BGN 2.50 per person from 01.05.2017. The project will include 150 persons from the target groups for the period from 01.07.2016 to 30.04.2017 and 250 persons from the target groups for the period 01.05.2017 to 31.12.2017 and 350 persons from 01.01.2018 to 30.04.2020.
