Основната цел на Проекта е създаване на по-добри условия за образователната интеграция на децата от етническите малцинства в предучилищна възраст (3-6 години) от Община Ивайловград. Проектът предвижда конкретни мерки, насочени към осъществяване на общинската политика чрез партниране с различни организации и институции - ОДЗ гр. Ивайловград, ЦДГ с. Железино и НЧ "Пробуда 1914",.В Проекта ще бъдат включени 150 деца и техните родители. Те ще участват в основните дейности- допълнително обучение по български език, клубове по интереси"Заедно учим и творим"; Съвместно участие в различни мероприятия "Заедно играем и пътуваме" екскурзии, "сини" и "зелени" училища, спортни празници. Акцент в Проекта е целенасочената работа с родителите на децата. Проектът предвижда обновяване на материалната база в детските градини- доставка на интерактивни дъски, компютри, дидактични и спортни игри, материали и консумативи. За организацията и управлението на проекта ще бъде формиран екип от 6 души- ръководител, счетоводител, технически сътрудник и по един координатор от ЦДГ, ОДЗ и НЧ "Пробуда 1914". За изпълнение на дейностите ще бъдат ангажирани основно учителите в общинските детски градини, специалисти от Читалището и външни експерти.Резултати: повишаване на качеството на образованието в детските градини и в подготвителните групи в общинските училища, в които се обучават деца от различен етнически произход, с цел тяхната образователна интеграция; взаимно опознаване на децата от различни етноси и възпитаването им в дух на толерантност; включване на родителите във възпитателния процес; създаване на условия за успешна социализация на децата от етническите малцинства и от маргинализирани групи ; засилване на мотивацията на деца и родители за участие в образователния процес (постъпване в първи клас); преодоляване на негативни обществени нагласи, основани на етнически произход. The main objective of the project is to create better conditions for the educational integration of children from ethnic minorities in pre-school age (3-6 years) from the Municipality of Ivaylovgrad. The project provides for specific measures aimed at implementing the municipal policy by partnering with various organisations and institutions — Ivaylovgrad KZ, Zhelezino village and Chitalishte “Probuda 1914”. The project will include 150 children and their parents. They will participate in the main activities — additional training in Bulgarian language, clubs of interest “Together we learn and create”; Joint participation in various events “Together play and travel” excursions, “blue” and “green” schools, sports holidays. The project focuses on targeted work with children’s parents. The project provides for renovation of the facilities in kindergartens — delivery of interactive boards, computers, didactic and sports games, materials and consumables. For the organisation and management of the project, a team of 6 people will be formed — a leader, an accountant, a technical assistant and one coordinator from the CSD, the KZ and the Chitalishte “Probuda 1914”. For the implementation of the activities will be mainly involved teachers in municipal kindergartens, specialists from the Community Centre and external experts. improving the quality of education in kindergartens and in preparatory groups in municipal schools where children of different ethnic backgrounds are educated, with a view to their educational integration; mutual knowledge of children of different ethnicities and their education in a spirit of tolerance; involving parents in the educational process; creating conditions for successful socialisation of children from ethnic minorities and marginalised groups; increasing the motivation of children and parents to participate in the educational process (entry to the first grade); overcoming negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin.
