Проектното предложение включва дейности за изграждане на подходяща социална инфраструктура в Община Благоевград за развиване на две резидентни услуги: Преходно жилище за деца от 15 до 18 годишна възраст и Наблюдавано жилище за младежи от 18 до 21 години. По този начин Община Благоевград ще изпълни в пълен обем предвиденото в Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и семейна среда и Картата на резидентните услуги, утвърдени от Междуведомствена работна група за управление и координация на процеса по деинституционализация на грижите за деца. Общата стойност на проекта е съобразена с максималния размер на определената безвъзмездна финансова помощ за Община Благоевград в качеството й на конкретен бенефициент по процедурата и с индикативните стойности за всяка отделна услуга. Проектното предложение не предвижда ново строителство. Двете включени услуги ще бъдат ситуирани по следния начин: - Наблюдаванотo жилище в апартамент общинска собственост чрез извършване на ремонт;- Преходно жилище в двуетажна сграда общинска собственост чрез извършване на преустройство и ремонт. За целта се предвижда процедура на инженеринг.Проектът включва и осигуряване на подходящо обзавеждане и оборудване и за двете услуги.Преустройството и ремонтните дейности ще бъдат извършени в съответствие с разработените и утвърдени от Министреството на труда и социалната политика функционални изисквания и насоки, съобразени с релевантните европейски документи за деинституционализация и живот в общността. The project proposal includes activities for the construction of appropriate social infrastructure in the Municipality of Blagoevgrad for the development of two resident services: Transition home for children from 15 to 18 years old and Observed housing for young people from 18 to 21 years old. Thus, the Municipality of Blagoevgrad will fully implement the provided in the Map of Community Support Services and Family Environment and the Map of Residential Services, approved by the Interdepartmental Working Group for Management and Coordination of the Process of Deinstitutionalisation of Child Care. The total value of the project is in line with the maximum amount of the grant allocated to the Municipality of Blagoevgrad as a specific beneficiary under the procedure and the indicative values for each service. The project proposal does not provide for any new construction. The two services involved will be positioned as follows: — The observed dwelling in apartment municipal property through renovation;- Transitional dwelling in a two-storey municipal property building through refurbishment and renovation. The project includes the provision of appropriate furniture and equipment for both services.The reconstruction and repair works will be carried out in accordance with the developed and approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy functional requirements and guidelines, consistent with the relevant European documents for deinstitutionalisation and life in the community.
