Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства в гр. Карнобат чрез ремонт, реконструкция, преустройство, обновяване на сграден фонд, включително прилежащо дворно пространство, както и доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане.Изпълнението на проекта е предпоставка за създаване на услугата „Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства“ за територията на общината в изпълнение на Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България“.
