Създаването на „Център за интегрирани услуги” в община Дряново цели подобряване на достъпа до социални и здравни услуги на хора с увреждания, техните семейства и на възрастни хора над 65 години, с ограничения или в невъзможност за самообслужване, съобразно техните комплексни потребности. В резултат на това ще се осигури възможност за постигане на независимост и социална интеграция на представителите на уязвимите групи. Интегрираният подход при предоставянето на почасови услуги, съобразени с нуждите и индивидуалните потребности от лична помощ, подкрепа за социално включване и здравни услуги, ще е гарантирана предпоставка за по-високо качество и достоен живот на потребителите. Проектното предложение е ориентирано към потребителите на услугите като се фокусира върху конкретните и индивидуални нужди на всеки един от тях, въз основа на които ще се формира пакета от комплексни услуги. Проектът "Център за интегрирани услуги” ще надгради и доразвие предоставяните в общината услуги в общността и в домашна среда, като ги допълни със специализирани здравни услуги. С реализирането на проекта ще се разшири обхвата на обслужваните лица, ще се улесни достъпа до интегрирани услуги, с идеята за тяхната мобилност и възможност за комплексност при предоставянето им. Разкриването на работни места и осигуряване на заетост на безработни лица е от особена важност за включването им в социалната икономика. Основните дейности на Проекта предвиждат - осигуряване на достъп до интегрирани услуги чрез създаване на Център за интегрирани услуги; осигуряване на публичност и информация; социална оценка на потребностите на кандидат - потребителите; обучение на персонала; разработване на Методология за дейността на Центъра; супервизия и психологическо консултиране; мотивационна и психологическа подкрепа на потребителите на услуги; организация и управление на проекта. The establishment of the “Center for Integrated Services” in the municipality of Dryanovo aims to improve access to social and health services for people with disabilities, their families and elderly people over 65 years old, with restrictions or inability to self-service, according to their complex needs. As a result, it will be possible to achieve the independence and social integration of representatives of vulnerable groups. An integrated approach to the provision of hourly services tailored to the needs and individual needs of personal assistance, support for social inclusion and health services will be a prerequisite for a higher quality and a decent life for consumers. The project proposal is oriented to the users of the services by focusing on the specific and individual needs of each of them, on the basis of which the package of complex services will be formed. The project “Centre for Integrated Services” will build on and further develop community and home-based services, complementing them with specialised health services. The implementation of the project will widen the scope of service providers, facilitate access to integrated services, with the idea of their mobility and the possibility of complexity in their provision. Job creation and employment for unemployed people is of particular importance for their inclusion in the social economy. The main activities of the Project foresee — providing access to integrated services through the creation of an Integrated Services Centre; ensuring publicity and information; social assessment of the needs of a candidate — consumers; staff training; development of a Methodology for the activities of the Centre; supervision and psychological counseling; motivational and psychological support to service users; organisation and management of the project.
