С проектното предложение се предвижда модернизиране на комплекс "Кестените", чрез закупуване на активи в съществуващ ресторант с прилежащ хотел, хладилен бус за обслужване на магазинната мрежа, собственост на „Дием груп - 2008“ ООД . Хладилният бус ще осъществява разнос на замразени храни, меса и риба между магазините на фирамата и също и до ресторанта. Хотел Кестените, се намира в началото на Самоков, на пътя Дупница – Боровец – Пловдив. Ресторантът разполага с 110 места на закрито и 25 на открито. Всички стаи на хотела се предлагат стил, уют и комфорт – TV, минибар, телефон, персонален сейф, интернет, климатик, а стаите тип лукс , тип екстра и апартаментите са с тераса, баня с хидромасаж и парна баня. СПА център Кестените включва фитнес зала, сауна, джакузи. Предлаганите ястия в ресторанта се приготвят от еко продукти- собствено производство и от професионален готвач. Изключително внимание се отделя на кухнята – качествена храна, майсторски приготвена и поднесена с внимание и желание да се достави удоволствие на клиента. Ресторант барбекю Кестените е подходящото място за семейни тържества, партита, бизнес събирания. Фирмата разполага и със складова база и с 5 на брой хранителни магазини на територията на Самоков.В ресторанта се предлага и разнообразие от рибни ястия, като за целта се купува продукция както от местни производители на аквакултури, така и морски риби. В магазините се праглагат хранителни стоки, в това число и риба.С изпълнението на проекта се предвижда да се модернизира ресторанта от комплекса, като се цели увеличаване на туристо- потока, по този начин ще се популяризира и територията като туристическа и подходяща за туризъм. С проекта се предвижда да се запази съществуващият персонал, а също и да се създаде заетост на още 2 човека. Предвижда се съответно и да се разнообрази и асортимента на предлаганите ястия. The refrigerated van will deliver frozen foods, meats and fish between the shops of the ferret and also to the restaurant. Hotel Kestenite is located at the beginning of Samokov, on the road Dupnitsa — Borovets — Plovdiv. The restaurant has 110 seats indoors and 25 outdoors. All rooms of the hotel offer style, coziness and comfort — TV, minibar, telephone, personal safe, internet, air conditioning, and the rooms type luxury, extra and the apartments have a terrace, bathroom with hydro massage and steam bath. The chestnut spa includes gym, sauna, jacuzzi. The dishes offered in the restaurant are prepared by eco products — own production and by a professional chef. Exceptional attention is paid to the kitchen — quality food, masterfully prepared and served with attention and desire to give pleasure to the customer. Restaurant BBQ Chestnuts is the right place for family celebrations, parties, business gatherings. The company also has a warehouse and 5 grocery stores on the territory of Samokov. The restaurant also offers a variety of fish dishes, and for this purpose it is purchased both from local aquaculture producers and sea fish. Food products, including fish, are introduced in shops. With the implementation of the project it is envisaged to modernise the restaurant of the complex, aiming to increase the tourist flow, thus promoting the territory as touristic and suitable for tourism. The project foresees to maintain existing staff as well as to create employment for 2 more people. It is also envisaged to diversify the range of meals offered. (English)
