Настоящият проект е насочен към подобряване качеството на работната среда, повишаване на трудовата производителност и подобряване на условията на труд в АЛС България ЕООД чрез:1. Усъвършенстване на организацията на трудовата дейност, въвеждане на гъвкави форми на заетост и въвеждане на практики за удължаване на професионалния живот на заетите в предприятието лица на възраст над 54 години и такива с увреждания, за всички заети лица в предприятието.2. Насърчаване на географската мобилност на 159 служители от завода в град Ихтиман чрез изпълнение на програма за организиран превоз по 6 ключови маршрута за период от 12 месеца;3. Подобряване на условията на труд на работното място и създаване на условия за предпазване от и намаляване на трудовите злополуки и професионалните заболявания чрез:- осигуряване на висококачествено специално работно облекло и лични предпазни средства за заетите в заводите в град Ихтиман и село Мусачево;- осигуряване на социални придобивки чрез ремонт, обзавеждане и оборудване на помещение за отдих, хранене и почивка за заетите в завода в село Мусачево лица. This project is aimed at improving the quality of the working environment, increasing labour productivity and improving working conditions in ALS Bulgaria EOOD through:1. Improving the organisation of work, introducing flexible forms of employment and introducing practices to extend the working life of employees over 54 years of age and those with disabilities for all employees in the enterprise.2. Promoting the geographical mobility of 159 employees from the Ihtiman plant by implementing an organised transport programme on 6 key routes over a period of 12 months;3. Improving working conditions at the workplace and creating conditions for the prevention and reduction of occupational accidents and occupational diseases by:- providing high quality special workwear and personal protective equipment for employees in the factories in the town of Ihtiman and the village of Musachevo;- providing social benefits through repairs, furnishing and equipment of a recreation, dining and rest room for the employees of the plant in the village of Musachevo. Ce projet vise à améliorer la qualité de l’environnement de travail, à accroître la productivité de la main-d’œuvre et à améliorer les conditions de travail dans le cadre de la SLA Bulgarie EOOD par: 1. L’amélioration de l’organisation du travail, l’introduction de formes flexibles d’emploi et l’introduction de pratiques visant à prolonger la vie professionnelle des salariés âgés de plus de 54 ans et des personnes handicapées pour tous les salariés de l’entreprise.2. Promouvoir la mobilité géographique de 159 salariés de l’usine d’Ihtiman par la mise en œuvre d’un programme de transport organisé sur 6 axes clés sur une période de 12 mois3. Améliorer les conditions de travail sur le lieu de travail et créer les conditions nécessaires à la prévention et à la réduction des accidents du travail et des maladies professionnelles:- en fournissant des vêtements de travail spéciaux et des équipements de protection individuelle de haute qualité aux employés des usines d’Ihtiman et du village de Musachevo;- en fournissant des prestations sociales par la réparation, l’ameublement et l’équipement d’une salle de loisirs, de restauration et de repos pour les employés de l’usine du village de Musachevo.
