Чрез реализацията на настоящия проект Агенция “Пътна инфраструктура“ има за цел да осъществи адекватно съхранение на документи, обезпечавайки оперативната работа с тях, запазването им в нормативно определените срокове и осигуряване на ясна и проследима одитна пътека. За осъществяването на тази основна задача се предвижда да бъдат изпълнени две основни дейности, чрез реализацията на които Агенция “Пътна инфраструктура” (АПИ), като бенефициент по ОП “Транспорт” 2007–2013 /ОПТ ще осъществи поддържането и съхранението на проектната документация по тази програма, което е и основна нейна отговорност съгласно националното и европейско законодателство.Проекта предвижда на първо място осъществяване на цялостен преглед на наличния архив на Агенция “Пътна инфраструктура” по Оперативна програма “Транспорт” 2007 – 2013 от служители на ресорната дирекция и подготовката му за дигитализиране. Непосредствено след това се предвижда да се осъществи сканирне и индексиране на сортираната вече документация и в резултат на това да се изпълни и дейност по популяризиране на проекта чрез мерки за информация и публичност. Времевия период на осъществяване на горепосочените дейности се предвижда да бъде 30 месеца, като същото ще бъде съобразено с нормативните изисквания за съхранение на проектната документация по програмите. Through the implementation of this project, the Road Infrastructure Agency aims to ensure adequate storage of documents, ensuring the operational work with them, keeping them within the statutory deadlines and ensuring a clear and traceable audit trail. In order to achieve this main task, two main activities are planned to be carried out, through the implementation of which the Road Infrastructure Agency (EIA), as a beneficiary of OP Transport 2007-2013/OPT, will carry out the maintenance and preservation of the project documentation under this programme, which is its main responsibility in accordance with national and European legislation. The project provides first of all for a comprehensive review of the available archive of the Road Infrastructure Agency under Operational Programme Transport 2007-2013 by staff of the relevant directorate and its preparation for digitisation. Immediately afterwards, it is envisaged to scan and index the sorted documentation and, as a result, to carry out a promotional activity for the project through information and publicity measures. The time period for carrying out the above activities is foreseen to be 30 months, which will comply with the regulatory requirements for keeping the project documentation under the programmes. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de ce projet, l’Agence des infrastructures routières vise à garantir un stockage adéquat des documents, à assurer le travail opérationnel avec eux, à les maintenir dans les délais légaux et à garantir une piste d’audit claire et traçable. Afin d’accomplir cette tâche principale, deux activités principales sont prévues, à travers la mise en œuvre dont l’Agence des infrastructures routières (AIE), en tant que bénéficiaire du PO Transport 2007-2013/OPT, effectuera la maintenance et la conservation de la documentation du projet dans le cadre de ce programme, qui relève de sa responsabilité principale conformément à la législation nationale et européenne. Le projet prévoit tout d’abord un examen complet des archives disponibles de l’Agence des infrastructures routières dans le cadre du programme opérationnel «Transports 2007-2013» par le personnel de la direction concernée et de sa préparation à la numérisation. Immédiatement après, il est envisagé de scanner et d’indexer la documentation triée et, par conséquent, de mener une activité promotionnelle pour le projet par des actions d’information et de publicité. Le délai prévu pour la réalisation des activités susmentionnées est de 30 mois, ce qui sera conforme aux exigences réglementaires relatives à la conservation de la documentation relative au projet dans le cadre des programmes.
