The project proposal covers properties: part of UPI III-Park, quarter 26 according to the plan of the Archaeological Reserve (AR) Hisarya, part of UPI II-Park, district 96 according to the plan of the town of Hisarya, square space at 485-486 according to the plan of the town of Hisarya and UPI fortress wall and green areas according to the plan of the town of Hisarya. The sites covered by the project are of national importance under the register of the NINKN, announced in accordance with the Council of Ministers Decree No 199/19.11.1976 (SG No 97/1976):- The southern gate of Diocletianopol is the emblem of the modern city of Hisarya. It is one of its kind and its protection is important for the Bulgarian and European archaeological science;-Therms of the ancient town of Hisarya are one of the few preserved near-roof Roman baths, with active plumbing and sewerage facilities. The North-East corner tower is the only octagonal tower in the reserve. The investments in the project are aimed primarily at the implementation of conservation and restoration works and construction and installation works, due to the specifics of the site, namely the need to protect the monuments of culture. The contribution to the improvement of the overall tourist product will be exposure and socialisation of the sites through the construction of a panoramic site, the possibility of climbing, providing access. The investment activities in the cultural monuments will be complemented by measures for interpretation and information about the history, importance and development of the sites. For the overall realisation of the project the following main activities are planned for implementation: Activity 1. Carrying out conservation and restoration works and construction and installation works related to socialisation and exposure of sites from NAR-Hisar.Action 2. Development and advertising of the tourist product.Action 3. Organisation and management of the project.Action 4. Implementation of information and publicity measures.Action 5. Проектното предложение обхваща имоти: част от УПИ III-Парк, кв. 26 по плана на Археологически резерват (АР) гр. Хисаря, част от УПИ II-Парк, кв. 96 по плана на гр. Хисаря, площадно пространство при о.т. 485-486 по плана на (АР) гр. Хисаря и УПИ Крепостна стена и зелени площи по плана на (АР) гр. Хисаря. Обектите, предмет на проекта са с категория „национално значение“ по регистъра на НИНКН, обявени съгласно РМС № 199/19.11.1976 г. (ДВ бр. 97/1976 г.):- Южната порта на Диоклецианопол е емблемата на съвременния град Хисаря. Тя е единствена по рода си и нейното опазване е от важно значение за българската и европейска археологическа наука;-Термите на античния град Хисаря са едни от малко запазените почти до покрив римски бани, с действащи водопроводни и канализационни съоръжения. По своята значимост и уникалност те представляват обект от световна величина.-Североизточната ъглова кула е единствената осмоъгълна кула в резерват.Инвестициите в проекта са насочени приоритетно към изпълнение на консервационно-реставрационни работи и строително-монтажни работи, поради спецификата на обекта, а именно нуждата от опазване на паметниците на културата. Приносът към подобряване на цялостния туристически продукт ще бъде експониране и социализиране на обектите чрез изграждане на панорамна площадка, възможност за изкачване, осигуряване на достъп.Инвестиционните дейности по паметниците на културата ще бъдат допълнени с мерки за интерпретация и информация относно историята, значението и развитието на обектите.За цялостната реализация на проекта са предвидени за изпълнение следните основни дейности:Дейност 1. Извършване на консервационно-реставрационни работи и на строително–монтажни работи, свързани със социализация и експониране на обекти от НАР-Хисаря.Дейност 2.
