The project “Unit for hourly provision of services for social inclusion” is aimed at improving the quality of life and access to social inclusion services in response to complex needs of 70 persons with disabilities in the inability to self-service. The project builds on the project “Services in Home Environment — Lom”, funded under the “Home Aid” scheme of Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013 and the activities under the procedure “New Alternatives”, funded under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020. Within 23 months the project will implement the following main activities:1. Project organisation and management activities;2. Information and publicity activities;3.Providing access to integrated services according to the specific needs of disadvantaged people on the basis of individual social assessment through support for the activities of the Unit for hourly provision of services for social inclusion, including supporting and integrated cross-sectoral services;4. Training of staff in the provision of services;5. Providing psychological support and/or counselling and supervision to staff providing social services. 6. Motivational and/or psychological or other type of support for the users of the services, according to their individual need. As a result of the implementation of the complex of activities will improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities by creating conditions for support for the effective exercise of their right to independent life and social inclusion, respecting their rights, taking into account their capabilities and specific needs. The successful implementation of the project activities will create real prerequisites for returning to the real labour market of those who care for their relatives with disabilities. Проект "Звено за почасово предоставяне на услуги за социално включване" е насочен към подобряване качеството на живот и на достъпа до услуги за социално включване в отговор на комплексни потребности на 70 лица с увреждания в невъзможност за самообслужване. Проектът надгражда проект „Звено за услуги в домашна среда – Лом”, финансиран по схема "Помощ в дома" на Оперативна програма " Развитие на човешките ресурси" 2007-2013 и дейностите по процедура "Нови алтернативи", финансирана по Оперативна програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси" 2014-2020. В рамките на 23 месеца по проекта ще се реализират следните основни дейности:1. Дейности за организация и управление на проекта;2. Дейности по информиране и публичност;3.Осигуряване на достъп до интегрирани услуги, според специфичните потребности на човека в неравностойно положение въз основа на индивидуална социална оценка чрез подкрепа за дейността на Звено за почасово предоставяне на услуги за социално включване, в т.ч. подкрепящи и интегрирани междусекторни услуги;4. Обучение на персонала за предоставяне на услугите;5. Предоставяне на психологическа подкрепа и /или консултиране и супервизия на персонала, предоставящ социални услуги. 6. Мотивационна и/или психологическа или друг тип подкрепа за потребителите на услугите, според тяхната индивидуална потребност.В резултат от изпълнението на комплекса от дейности ще се подобри качеството на живот на лицата с увреждания, чрез създаване на условия за подкрепа за ефективно упражняване правото им на независим живот и социално включване, при зачитане на правата им, съобразяване с техните възможности и специфични потребности. Успешното реализиране на дейностите по проекта ще създаде реални предпоставки за връщане на реалния пазар на труда на лицата, които полагат грижи за близките си с увреждания. (Bulgarian)
