The project proposal “Establishment of four centers for the care of persons with mental disorders on the territory of Strumyani Municipality” is under priority axis 5, Regional social infrastructure of OP “Regions in Growth”. Within the project, 4 new centres for the care of persons with mental disorders in the village of Kamenitsa, Strumyani municipality, meeting all functional requirements and providing access for people with disabilities will be built through the implementation of engineering, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No 4/01.07.2009 on the design, execution and maintenance of construction works in accordance with the requirements for accessible environment. The new centers will offer a set of services that create conditions for complete customer service, related to meeting daily, health, educational and rehabilitation needs, organisation of leisure time and personal contacts. There will be 60 direct users, people with mental and behavioural disorders. Modern furnishing and equipment ensuring a safe and secure environment for people with disabilities will be provided to ensure the project’s activities. As a result of the implementation of the project, social infrastructure will be provided, which is a prerequisite for accessible, high-quality and sustainable long-term care services for people with mental disorders, which is a tool for improving their quality of life as well as for their full inclusion in society. The project will implement accompanying engineering activities to assess the conformity of the investment project and construction supervision, information and publicity and project management. For the successful implementation of the project, the Beneficiary will conduct procedures, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act for the selection of contractors for the activities of the project, will participate with its representatives in the project team and will monitor the strict implementation of the planned activities. Проектното предложение „Изграждане на четири центъра за грижа за лица с психични разстройства на територията на община Струмяни“ е по приоритетна ос 5 ,,Регионална социална инфраструктура“ на ОП „Региони в растеж“. В рамките на проекта чрез изпълнение на инженеринг ще бъдат изградени 4 нови центъра за грижа за лица с психични разстройства в село Каменица, община Струмяни, отговарящи на всички функционални изисквания и осигуряващи достъп на хора с увреждания, в съответствие с изискванията на Наредба №4/01.07.2009г. за проектиране, изпълнение и поддържане на строежите в съответствие с изискванията за достъпна среда. Новите центрове ще предложат комплекс от услуги, които създават условия за цялостно обслужване на потребителите, свързано със задоволяване на ежедневните, здравните, образователните и рехабилитационните потребности, организация на свободното време и лични контакти. Преки ползватели на услугите ще бъдат 60 потребители, лица с психични и поведенчески разстройства. За обезпечаване на дейността в рамките на проекта ще бъде осигурено модерно обзавеждане и оборудване, гарантиращи безопасна и сигурна среда за хората с увреждания. В резултат от изпълнението на проекта ще бъде осигурена социална инфраструктура, която е предпоставка за достъпни, висококачествени и устойчиви услуги за дългосрочна грижа за хората с психични разстройства, което е инструмент за подобряване качеството на техния живот, както и за тяхното пълноценно включване в обществения живот. В рамките на проекта ще бъдат изпълнени съпътстващи инженеринга дейности по оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект и строителен надзор, информация и публичност и управлението на проекта. За успешното изпълнение на проекта Бенефициентът ще проведе процедури, съгласно изискванията на ЗОП за избор на изпълнители по дейностите на проекта, ще участва със свои представители в екипа на проекта и ще контролира стриктното изпълнение на заложените дейности.
