The project envisages the creation of a centre for the provision of services for social inclusion in the community or in the home environment, which, on the one hand, provides integrated services for people aged 65 and over with inability to self-service and people with disabilities and, on the other hand, provides employment for unemployed people of working age. Providing integrated services for people over 65 with self-serviceability and for people with disabilities, combining complex actions towards long-term care, including social and health services in the community or in the home environment. Improving the quality of life of adults and persons with disabilities by creating conditions and supporting the effective exercise of their right to independent living and social inclusion, while respecting their rights, taking into account their capacities and specific needs. Providing opportunities to return to the real labour market for carers of their relatives with disabilities. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Проекта предвижда създаване на център за почасово предоставяне на услуги за социално включване в общността или в домашна среда, който от една страна да предоставя интегрирани услуги за хората над 65 г. възраст с невъзможност за самообслужване и за хората с увреждане и от друга страна да осигури заетост на безработни лица в трудоспособна възраст. Предоставяне на интегрирани услуги за хората над 65 години с невъзможност за самообслужване и за хората с увреждане, които да съчетават комплексни действия в посока осигуряване на дългосрочна грижа, включително и социални и здравни услуги в общността или в домашна среда. Подобряване качеството на живот на възрастните и лицата с увреждания, чрез създаване на условия и подкрепа за ефективно упражняване правото им на независим живот и социално включване, при зачитане на правата им, съобразяване с техните възможности и специфични потребности. Предоставяне на възможности за връщане на реалния пазар на труда на лицата, които полагат грижи за близките си с увреждания. (Bulgarian)
