The project will open a social service in the community — Center for Work with Street Children (RCU) with a capacity of 15 places, which will support children at risk and their families on the territory of the municipality of Panagyurishte.Users of the CDC will be children identified as negligent, for whom a lack of parental or other substitute care and control has been identified. The establishment of the CDC will ensure greater diversity and quality in terms of community-based social services. Opportunities for protection and social rehabilitation of children at risk will be improved. The implementation of the project will extend the range of social services, which will contribute to the mission of the Municipality of Panagyurishte to act as a driver for the local development of social services and unite efforts in this direction of all stakeholders. The project proposal will support the joint and coordinated measures between two operational programmes — Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” and Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” for prevention and prevention of the causes of poverty and social exclusion, in particular children and their families at risk living on the territory of the municipality of Panagyurishte. The staff will undergo two-day training, one group and 8 individual supervisions. The activities envisaged in the project will lead to prevention of falling children on the street and dropping out of school, social rehabilitation and integration of children living permanently or partially on the street, through individual work with the child and his family, family counselling and support, medical and sanitation services, education of children, training in parental skills. In this way, the municipality will meet the needs of the population by providing protection and care for the child, according to their individual needs and in their best interests. По проекта е предвидено да се разкрие социална услуга в общността – Център за работа с деца на улицата (ЦРДУ) с капацитет 15 места, който ще подкрепи деца в риск и техните семейства на територията на община Панагюрище.Потребители на ЦРДУ ще са деца, идентифицирани като неглижирани, за които е установена липса на родителска или друга заместваща грижа и контрол. Чрез създаването на ЦРДУ ще се осигури по-голямо разнообразие и качество по отношение на социалните услуги в общността. Ще бъдат подобрени възможностите за защита и социална рехабилитация на деца в риск. Изпълнението на проекта ще разшири и кръга на социалните услуги, което ще допринесе за мисията на Община Панагюрище да изпълнява ролята на двигател за местното развитие на социалните услуги и обединител на усилията в тази посока на всички заинтересовани страни. Проектното предложение ще подкрепи съвместните и координирани мерки между две оперативни програми - Оперативна програма "Региони в растеж" и Оперативна програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси" за превенция и предотвратяване на причините, които пораждат бедност и социално изключване, в частност децата и техните семейства в риск, които живеят на територията на община Панагюрище.Ще се извърши подбор на персонала на ЦРДУ - 8 щатни бройки, съгласно Методиката за численост на персонала в социалните услуги. Персоналът ще премине двудневно обучение, една групова и 8 индивидуални супервизии.Предвидените в проекта дейности ще доведат до превенция на попадането на деца на улицата и отпадане от училище, социална рехабилитация и интеграция на деца, живеещи трайно или частично на улицата, чрез индивидуална работа с детето и неговото семейство, семейно консултиране и подкрепа, медицински и санитарно-хигиенни услуги, ограмотяване на децата, обучение в родителски умения. По този начин общината ще отговори на нуждите на населението, като предоставя защита и грижа за детето, съобразно индивидуалните му потребности и в неговия най-добър интерес. (Bulgarian)
