The aim of the project is to ensure the effective functioning of the Regional Information Centre in Plovdiv and to raise citizens’ awareness of the opportunities offered by the European Structural and Investment Funds. The priority of the Regional Information Centre — Plovdiv is to promote the role of the EU, to inform about the funding opportunities by programs and to ensure transparency in the process of implementation and management of the programmes. The employees appointed under the project will carry out the following activities that adequately meet the objectives of the project: promoting the role of the EU and informing about funding opportunities under the programmes; providing specific information to potential beneficiaries on the opportunities to apply under the procedures co-financed by the ESIF; dissemination of information and promotional materials on the objectives, ways and opportunities of ESIF funding in Bulgaria; cooperation with managing authorities/intermediate bodies of OPs and working with national, regional media and other EU information networks.The work of the PIC Plovdiv contributes to the general objectives of the NSS, namely promoting the role of the EU; ensuring maximum transparency in the process of programme implementation and management; building and maintaining high public trust on the Partnership Agreement and the programmes.The implementation of the project “Ensure the functioning of the RIC — Plovdiv in the period 2019-2021” will help to obtain publicly accessible, free and timely information about EU funds. Целта на проекта е да се осигури ефективното функциониране на Областен информационен център в гр. Пловдив и да се повиши информираността на гражданите относно възможностите, които предоставят европейските структурни и инвестиционни фондове. Приоритет на Областния информационен център – Пловдив е да популяризира ролята на ЕС, да информира за възможностите за финансиране по програми и да осигурява прозрачност в процеса на изпълнение и управление на програмите.Служителите, назначени по проекта, ще осъществяват следните дейности, които адекватно отговорят на целите на проекта: популяризиране на ролята на ЕС и информиране за възможностите за финансиране по програмите; предоставяне на конкретна информация на потенциалните бенефициенти за възможностите за кандидатстване по процедурите, съ-финансирани от ЕСИФ; разпространение на информационни и рекламни материали относно целите, начините и възможностите за финансиране от ЕСИФ в България; сътрудничество с управляващите органи/междинните звена на ОП и работа с национални, регионални медии и други мрежи за информация на ЕС.Работата на ОИЦ - Пловдив допринася за осъществяване на общите цели на НКС, а именно популяризиране ролята на ЕС; осигуряване на максимална прозрачност в процеса на изпълнение и управление на програмите; изграждане и поддържане на високо обществено доверие относно Споразумението на партньорство и програмите.Реализирането на проект "Осигуряване функционирането на ОИЦ - Пловдив през периода 2019 - 2021 г." ще спомогне за получаването на общодостъпна, безплатна и своевременна информация за фондовете на ЕС. Като резултат от изпълнението на проектните дейности ще се надгради постигнатата до момента разпознаваемост на европейските фондове и програми. (Bulgarian)
