This project proposal targets the most vulnerable of the population of the municipality of Isperih, most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 1. Persons with no income or low incomes below the poverty line — people in difficulty due to the worsening economic situation in the country, people who, due to their age or present disabilities, are at a higher risk of infection and an unfavourable course of infection.2. Persons in quarantine — without income or with low incomes below the poverty line and have no relatives to support them.3. Persons subject to social assistance, for whom additional support has been identified and in the conditions of an exceptional epidemiological situation, are unable to meet their basic living needs. Within 12 months from 04.01.2021 to 10.12.2021, 140 persons belonging to one of the above three groups will be covered, to whom a warm lunch will be provided every working day, including soup, main course and bread, as well as once a week dessert. Accompanying services will also be provided to those in need — they will be informed on topical topics, will receive printed materials, subject to the epidemiological measures introduced for the present moment, will be familiar with the activities of the Social Assistance Directorate, social services establishments on the territory of the municipality. Telephone calls will also be used to exchange information with consumers. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към най-уязвимите лица от населението на община Исперих, засегнати в най-висока степен от пандемията COVID-19. 1. Лица без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност - хора в затруднение поради влошената икономическа обстановка в страната, хора, които поради възрастта си или налични увреждания са в по-висок риск от заразяване и неблагоприятно протичане на инфекцията.2. Лица, поставени под карантина - без доходи или с ниски доходи под линията на бедност и нямат близки, които да им окажат подкрепа.3. Лица, обект на социално подпомагане, за които е установена нужда от допълнителна подкрепа и в условията на извънредна епидемична обстановка, са в невъзможност да задоволят основните си жизнени потребности.В рамките на 12 месеца от 04.01.2021 до 10.12.2021 г. ще бъдат обхванати 140 лица, попадащи в някоя от горните три групи, на които всеки работен ден ще бъде предоставян топъл обяд, включващ - супа, основно ястие и хляб, както и един път седмично десерт. На нуждаещите се лица ще бъдат предоставяни и съпътстващи услуги - ще бъдат информирани по актуални теми, ще получават печатни материали, при спазване на епидемиологичните мерки, въведени за настоящия момент, ще бъдат запознати с дейностите на Дирекция ""Социално подпомагане", заведения за социални услуги на територията на общината.
