The project proposal is part of the Investment Programme for the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of Petrich Municipality 2014-2020. Through its implementation, it will contribute to stimulating the economic development of the city and improving energy efficiency in public buildings. Projects Improving the energy efficiency of the project “Building of the Regional Directorate for Public Administration — Renovation of Administrative Infrastructure” and Improving the energy efficiency of the “Building of the RSPBZN — Administrative Infrastructure Renovation” are included within the investment priority “Energy efficiency in administrative buildings of the state administration”, as part of the list of main indicative projects, with a total budget of BGN 1 120 000 for the two projects. The project is aimed at implementing energy efficiency measures in the building of a building of the RSPBZN and a building of RSPBHN. The site of intervention falls within the construction boundaries of the town of Petrich. The project activities will contribute directly to the reduction of final energy consumption and indirectly to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in public buildings. The project proposal is a site consisting of four buildings, united in one complex, belonging to two separate departments. In the Investment Programme, in the list of main sites, these four buildings are divided into two separate projects, one for a building of the RSPBZN and one for a building of RSPBZN. Проектното предложение е част от Инвестиционната програма за изпълнение на Интегрирания план за градско възстановяване и развитие на община Петрич 2014-2020. Със своето изпълнение то ще допринесе за стимулиране на икономическото развитие на града и подобряване на енергийната ефективност в публични сгради. Проекти Подобряване на енергийната ефективност на обект "Сграда на РПУ - обновяване на административна инфраструктура" и Подобряване на енергийната ефективност на обект "Сграда на РСПБЗН - обновяване на административна инфраструктура" са включени в рамките на инвестиционен приоритет „Енергийна ефективност в административни сгради на държавната администрация”, като част от списъка с основни индикативни проекти, с общ бюджет на разходите за двата проекта 1 120 000 лв.Проектът е насочен към изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност в сградата на сграда на РПУ и сграда на РСПБЗН. Обектът на интервенция попада в строителните граници на гр. Петрич. Проектните дейности ще допринесат пряко за намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия и косвено – за намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове в обществените сгради.Проектното предложение е обект, състоящ се четири сгради, обединени в един комплекс, принадлежащи на две отделни ведомства.
