The present project proposal provides for the closure and recultivation of the municipal landfill for non-hazardous household waste of the town of Byala, which is located on an area of 30 decares, in the Code No 07598.82.13 of the KKKR of the Municipality of Byala, Varna. The landfill has been subject to a coercive administrative measure to suspend its operation from 9 October 2015 by Order No RD-156 of the Director of the Burgas Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water. The project will close the landfill site for household waste. by carrying out a technical recultivation of the contaminated sites, certified by a protocol from the PHIPZ Committee for determining the size and boundaries of the site for recultivation and surveying. After the completion of the technical recultivation, biological recultivation with funds of the municipality will be carried out. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда извършването на дейности по закриване и рекултивация на общинското депо за неопасни битови отпадъци на град Бяла, което е разположено на площ от 30 дка, в ПИ №07598.82.13 по КККР на Община Бяла, област Варна.За депото е наложена принудителна административна мярка за преустановяване експлоатацията му от 09.10.2015г. с Заповед №РД-156 на Директора на РИОСВ – Бургас.В рамките на проекта ще се закрие депото за битови отпадъци, като се извърши техническа рекултивация на замърсените терени, удостоверени с протокол от комисия по ППЗОЗЗ за определяне на размера и границите на терена за рекултивация и геодезическо заснемане. След приключване на техническата рекултивация ще се извърши и биологичната рекултивация със средства на общината. (Bulgarian)
