The project meets the needs of young people identified in the municipality of Vratsa to receive support for the acquisition of skills to find and find a job, to gain professional qualifications and work experience. Its general objective is to motivate active behaviour in the labour market and integration into employment of young people under the age of 29, who do not study, work and are not registered as unemployed with the Employment Agency. The specific objectives are to identify inactive young people in the target group, to facilitate their access to information on the specifics and opportunities of the labour market and the education and training system, to create skills to present to an employer, to improve professional qualifications. The project aims to provide employment for inactive young people and motivate them for active behaviour in the labour market. Project activities include holding information meetings, active work to make contact with the target group, psychological counseling and targeting various opportunities for training and employment. Motivational and training courses are planned for acquiring professional qualifications, provision of subsidised employment, information and publicity activities and organisation and management of the project. As a result, some 70 targeted young people are expected to have an individual profile to identify needs. More than 75 % of them will have increased awareness of topics related to the labour market and acquired skills for successful self-presentation to an employer. As a result of the project activities, 50 young people will have acquired a professional qualification in the field of Landscaping and Florist, 53 will have received employment opportunities. The implementation of the project will raise the awareness of the local community about the possibilities of OP HRD 2014-2020 to support the social inclusion of inactive young people up to and including 29 years of age. Проектът отговаря на идентифицирани в община Враца потребности на младите хора да получат подкрепа за придобиване на умения за търсене и намиране на работа, за придобиване на професионална квалификация и на трудов опит. Неговата обща цел е мотивиране за активно поведение на пазара на труда и интеграция в заетост на млади хора до 29 годишна възраст вкл., които не учат, не работят и не са регистрирани като безработни лица в Агенцията по заетостта. Специфичните цели са свързани с идентифициране на неактивни млади хора от целевата група, улесняване на техния достъп до информация за спецификата и възможностите на пазара на труда и на системата за образование и обучение, създаване на умения за представяне пред работодател, повишаване на професионалната квалификация. Чрез проекта се цели осигуряване на заетост на неактивни млади хора и мотивирането им за активно поведение на пазара на труда. Проектните дейности включват провеждането на информационни срещи, активна работа за осъществяване на контакт с целевата група, психологическо консултиране и насочване към различни възможности за обучение и заетост. Планирани са мотивационни курсове и обучения за придобиване на професионална квалификация, осигуряване на субсидирана заетост, дейности по информиране и публичност и организация и управление на проекта. Като резултат се очаква около 70 младежи от целевата група да са с изготвен индивидуален профил за определяне на потребностите. Повече от 75% от тях ще са с повишена информираност по теми, свързани с пазара на труда и с придобити умения за успешно себепредставяне пред работодател. В резултат на проектните дейности 50 младежи ще са придобили професионална квалификация по специалност „Озеленяване и цветарство”, 53 ще са получили възможност за трудова заетост. Чрез изпълнението на проекта ще се повиши информираността на местната общност относно възможностите на ОП „РЧР” 2014-2020 г. за подкрепа на социалното включване на неактивни млади хора до 29 годишна възраст включително.
