The focus of the project is to provide support for professional and social integration of people with mental disabilities, disadvantaged people in the labour market and other socially excluded persons, by increasing their skills and motivation for professional employment in activities related to the production of unique local souvenirs, household items, works of art and high-quality local food products, as well as a variety of art and work-therapeutic services. The project aims at the creation of a social enterprise “Ekoselishte Bel” Ltd. through which to realise therapeutic care, integration, training and inclusion in employment of 35 persons with mental difficulties and disadvantaged people in the labour market from difficult and poor areas in the Eastern Rhodopes, in particular the villages of Borovo, Djurkovo, Dryanovo, Zdravets, Lukavitsa, Monastir, Southovo, Belitsa and the town of Lucky. The project also provides for a study of the market realisation of the products produced and the services offered, as well as the promotion of the cause, the effect of the enterprise’s activities and the goods and services provided, the social economy and social entrepreneurship among stakeholders in the region and the country. A Community creative and therapeutic space will be created, located in a massive building with an adjoining landscaped courtyard in the center of Belitsa village, bringing together a variety of workshops, administrative office — a training room and seminars. In workshops, representatives of vulnerable groups, in addition to producing items for sale, will pass on the acquired knowledge and skills related to restoration, revival of traditional crafts and arts to tourists and other targeted customers. Фокусът на проекта е да осигури подкрепа за професионална и социална интеграция на хора с ментални увреждания, хора в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда и други социално изключени лица, посредством повишаване на техните умения и мотивация за професионална заетост в дейности, свързани с производство на уникални за местността сувенири, предмети за бита, произведения на изкуството и висококачествени местни хранителни продукти, както и разнообразни арт- и работо-терапевтични услуги. Проектът цели създаването на социално предприятие „Екоселище Бел“ ЕООД чрез което да се реализира терапевтична грижа, интеграция, обучение и включване в трудова заетост на 35 лица с ментални затруднения и такива в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда от труднодостъпни и бедни райони в Източни Родопи, конкретно селата Борово, Джурково, Дряново, Здравец, Лъкавица, Манастир, Югово, Белица и град Лъки. Проектът предвижда също и проучване на пазарната реализация на произведените продукти и предлаганите услуги, както и популяризиране каузата, ефекта от дейността на предприятието и предоставяните стоки и услуги, социалната икономика и социалното предприемачество сред заинтересовани страни от региона и страната. Ще бъде създадено общностно творческо и терапевтично пространство, разположено в масивна сграда с прилежащ озеленен двор в центъра на село Белица, обединяващо разнообразни работни ателиета, административен офис - зала за провеждане на обучения и семинари. В работните ателиета представителите на уязвими групи, освен производство на артикули за продажба, ще предават усвоените знания и умения свързани с възстановяване, възраждане на традиционни занаяти и изкуства на туристи и други целеви клиенти. В ателиетата ще се предлагат разнообразни работо-терапевтични услуги, като по този начин клиентите се приобщават към местната общност и каузата на предприятието. (Bulgarian)
