One of the measures to increase the motivation and efficiency of employees is the provision of remuneration, determined on the basis of the contribution of each employee in tasks related to the management of European funds, financed under OP “Good Governance”. The budget line provides remuneration to employees of the CCU carrying out ESIF activities, social and health insurance, due by the employer and charged on the remuneration paid. Наличието на висококвалифициран административен капацитет е от изключително значение за ефективното и ефикасно управление и контрол на средствата от ЕС. Специалните изисквания и компетенции за служителите на Държавна агенция „Електронно управление“ (ДАЕУ), ангажирани с управление на средствата от ЕС, включват както добро познаване на европейската и национална нормативна уредба в сферата на електронното управление, така и с високо ниво на знания и умения в области като сигурност на информацията, архитектури на бази данни и приложения и тяхното споделено ползване. Необходимо е служителите да познават и прилагат наложили се на пазара модели, средства и технологии за разработка, ИТ и домейн инфраструктури, политики за електронно управление, подготовка и реализация на проекти, финансирани от различни донорски програми, водещи до постигане на поставените цели. Голямо значение се отдава на работата в екип, притежаване на аналитични умения, иновационен подход, гъвкавост при вземане на решения, предвид необходимостта от ежедневна работа с информационни системи и база данни.За да се осигури привличането и задържането на квалифицирани и мотивирани специалисти, е необходимо ДАЕУ да се поддържа и подобрява мотивацията на служителите си.Наред с възможностите за обучение и професионален растеж, атрактивното възнаграждение е значим инструмент за осигуряване на висококвалифицирани кадри.
