In production and technology plan the implementation of the envisaged new equipment will lead to: increasing the production capacity of Vetprom AD; improvement of the production processes through increased automation and diversification of the product assortment by expanding the technological capabilities of the company for the production of laminate tubes of ABL and PBL film, in addition to the aluminium tubes already produced by the company; reduce energy consumption per unit of output and increase overall resource efficiency and efficiency. In marketing and financial terms, the deployment of the new equipment will contribute to: reduction of production cost; diversification of the product assortment and expansion of the company’s customer base; allowing for a gradual increase in exports of production; increase in sales revenues and overall increase in profitability. In environmental terms, new equipment will contribute to an efficient and economical use of materials and raw materials, an overall increase in resource efficiency and efficiency, thus directly contributing to environmental protection. Проектът предвижда закупуване и въвеждане в експлоатация на високотехнологично производствено оборудване: Хомогенизатор с работен обем от 500 л. за производството на фармацевтични продукти (унгвенти, мази и гелове) - 1 бр.; Автоматизирани линии за производство на ламинатни туби от ABL фолио (с алуминиев бариерен слой) и PBL фолио (с полимерен бариерен слой) - 2 бр. и Картонираща машина за опаковка на алуминиеви и ламинатни туби - 1 бр. В производствено-технологичен план внедряването на предвиденото ново оборудване ще доведе до: повишаване на производствения капацитет на "Ветпром" АД; подобряване на производствените процеси чрез повишена автоматизация и разнообразяване на продуктовия асортимент чрез разширяване на технологичните възможности на фирмата за производство на ламинатни туби от ABL и PBL фолио, в допълнение към вече произвежданите от дружеството алуминиеви туби; понижаване на енергопотреблението за единица продукция и цялостно повишаване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност. В маркетингов и финансов план внедряването на новото оборудване ще допринесе за: намаляване на производствената себестойност; разнообразяване на продуктовия асортимент и разширяване на клиентската база на дружеството; създаване на възможност за постепенно увеличаване на износа на продукция; повишаване на приходите от продажби и цялостно нарастване на рентабилността. В екологично отношение новото оборудване ще допринесе за ефективно и икономично използване на материалите и суровините, цялостно повишаване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност, с което пряко ще допринесе и за опазване на околната среда.
