These trends turn the representatives of the project target groups into passive and unmotivated potential employees.The project activities are planned and selected in such a way as to contribute to the achievement of the project objectives to the fullest extent. The expected results are measurable and are a means of achieving the indicators set out in the proposal. In accordance with the principle of sound financial management, constant control and accountability will be carried out during all stages of the project. The horizontal principles of OP HRD 2014-2020 will be respected in the implementation of all activities — selection, participation in subsidised employment, selection of contractors, training, management and publicity. Sustainability of results is envisaged, such as:1. After the completion of the financial support for subsidised employment, “Velimira Group” Ltd. will retain a minimum of 18 of the newly created jobs under the project;2.     Проектното предложение цели разкриването на 30 нови работни места във „Велимира Груп“ ЕООД с оглед осигуряването на гарантиран достъп до заетост на представители на две oт обособените като най-уязвими групи безработни и неактивни лица: безработни лица на възраст над 54 г. и безработни младежи до 29 г. вкл., както и предоставянето на професионално обучение на 12 от новонаетите лица. Чрез реализирането на конкретен набор от дейности, насочени към придобиване на квалификация, осигуряване и материално обезпечаване на заетост и гарантиране на нейната дългосрочност, проектът ще допринесе за социалното включване и активизирането на по-малко приетите сред работодателите целеви групи. Младежите до 29 г. обикновено са без или с малко трудов стаж и поради това трудно успяват да убедят компаниите в своите умения и квалификация, а кандидатите за работа в зряла възраст често са отхвърляни и възприемани от работодателите като по-трудно адаптиращи се към съвременните изисквания на работната среда. Тези тенденции превръщат представителите на проектните целеви групи в пасивни и немотивирани потенциални служители.Дейностите по проекта са планирани и подбрани така, че в най-пълна степен да допринесат за постигане на проектните цели. Очакваните резултати са измерими и са средство за постигане на заложените в предложението индикатори. В изпълнение на принципа за добро финансово управление през всички етапи на проекта ще бъдат осъществявани постоянен контрол и отчетност.Хоризонталните принципи на ОП "РЧР" 2014-2020 ще бъдат спазвани при изпълнение на всички дейности - подбор, включване в субсидирана заетост, избор на изпълнители, обучения, управление и публичност. Предвижда се устойчивост на резултатите, като:1. След приключване на финансовата подкрепа за субсидирана заетост „Велимира Груп“ ЕООД ще запази минимум 18 от новоразкритите по проекта работни места;2.
